位置很方便 鄰近鐵路

房間地氈殘破不堪，牆紙及天花剝落，廁所有異味，竟然有蟑螂，嚇得我的同伴魂飛魄散，花容失色，驚惶不已。一定不会再入住。

近韓國街，又可以步行大約10-15分鐘去新宿及歌舞伎町，入住時老闆超好人

我們入住房號210 2個晚上 房間沒衛生紙 隔天也沒打掃 牆壁用油漆隨便擦擦 大門是鐵做的 居然還有3個約臺幣1元的洞 從外面都可以看到房間裡面 老闆娘是韓國人 不建議hotels線上客人去入住 真的很糟糕

單論房間而言，還算舒適。但其他各方面，可能稍微老舊些。是一間有來過即可，大概不會再住第二次的飯店。

旅館是清淨舒適的，周邊感覺是韓國街，感覺街道的清潔度不若其他地區。

很一般

離東新宿的站址出入口蠻近的，在小學附近，蠻安全的。附近都有吃得很方便。往新宿方向走也很方便，離歌舞伎町蠻近的，但是附近卻不會有喧嘩的聲音。房內的機能不錯，有冰箱，微波爐，熱水壺等。

很自由輕鬆的住宿經驗，合宿的房間就和家裡一樣的舒服，有需求對櫃檯小哥提出，都能得到回應及幫忙，下次很願意再入住

附近地區，過了23:00 , 會有些企街妓女出來找客人。 有些可怕

Disturbing neighbours at night. Smoking area is just outside the room corridors!

Tourists lived there are always noisy at night. The corridor outside the bedrooms is a gathering place with tables which can smoking cigarette, thus there is not suitable for those who hate smoking. The room is very small without windows. When you met a room-mate with bad shoes smell, you know how can't you tolerate! Only good point is that, it is 8 minutes walking distance to the Shin-Okubo JR Station. It is a Korean Area.

服務很親切,櫃台人員會英文,溝通方便.離地鐵站有點距離.

地點在大久保區，不錯，不過大門24小時長開，所以感覺不太好，床很舒服，共用澡室有2個，不過不需要排隊，整體很不錯，會再入住

三人房間空間太少，不足9平方，清潔差，四周環境、设備、衛生都十分不理想，共用厕所及沐浴室不足，多間家庭房間位置有可能是自行於後園加建之木板間房，沒有隔音，整個晚上被隔壁的洗手間及浴室使用者不停吵醒超過四五十次，完全不可以入睡，永遠不會再選這旅社

地理位置好，酒店服务好，干净整洁

Chambre salle, prises situées quasiment au plafond, traces sur les 2 serviettes fournies, douche vétuste avec de la mousissure, avec de l'eau chaude par intermittence, fenêtres sans loquet de fermeture donc fermées mais n'importe qui peut ouvrir la fenêtre de l'extérieur et pénétrer dans votre chambre donc très dangereux. Seul point positif: l'emplacement

Check-in time was 4pm but we arrived at 8am and asked if we could check in so that we could start exploring the city. The room wasnt ready but they allowed us to leave the baggages at least which was great. They also helped us with a rental vehicle to the airport. This is a budget friendly place that provides basic needs and is very close to Shinjuku Station and at the center or everything.
