I stayed in this hotel on the second occasion. Although I do not like waiting for shuttle buses with other people going to the office tower (because there was long line queuing and I was with my elderly mum), this hotel is still a nice place to stay. I arrived at Haneda airport at about 2:30 pm and was surprised to note that I could not catch the last bus direct to the hotel. I had to take the train and shuttle bus instead. However, there are abundant buses to Narita.

Location is bad. Far from Shinagawa station and need to walk uphill. You have to wait for the shuttle bus at Shinagawa which runs every 20min only and early last bus during weekend. Then you have to take taxi back. Cannot give you room at 3pm due to room not ready yet. Told at least wait for 20 more minutes so I rather go out. Room is spacious.
