廚房流理台有點小，不好料理，但一般的煮泡麵、烤肉是可以的

優點：整體環境清幽，停車方便，價格便宜 缺點：空調壞了反應未果、隔音真的不佳、隔壁走路蹦蹦聲非常明顯

Guests on 2nd floor were noisy, one bed sheet is slighty dirty. Room is big and comfy.

Villa 整體清潔、有基本的廚具及調味料，主要問題是交通較不便，不能直接在附近的湖邊觀看富士山，需要乘船到湖邊其他位置，與圖片不符。Villa 附近餐廳選擇比較少，建議如不是自駕遊可以考慮住在元箱根港/箱根町港

Good to have kitchen and cookware. There was washing machine but no dryer.

The room was clean and spacious, but the bed linen—especially the quilt—was terrible. It looked very old, with visible pilling, and the quality felt extremely cheap.

一通りの調理道具が揃っていて、水回りも綺麗ですごく居心地の良い空間でした！機会があれば、また宿泊したいです！

The location is quite good. But room cleanliness was poor as there was so much hair all around, the floor in the living room, in the room downstairs, and the worst was even on the bed and between the sheets. We felt so uncomfortable sleeping in the bed. Even the futons in the loft were seen with hair here and there. I wonder if they really cleaned the room? In the end we had to vacuum the house by ourselves. One of the air conditioners was not working but they were helpful to reply quickly, even though it wasn't fixed at last. The shower was ok and water pressure was strong, so that's a good thing. By the way, the automated key lock on the door, the number buttons were so hard to press as one of the buttons was not working well. It took a while to open the door each time. The pictures looked great on the booking page but we would not return again. Also kids next door were screaming and jumping like crazy, so take note if you are sensitive to noise, don't recommend at all.

Overall good stay. The two separate toilet rooms were super helpful for our group of 4 adults and 1 child. The two bed sleeping area was cramped and lots of stair usage to go up and down from the top floor (not much space to leave bags downstairs). The loft was fun to sleep in though ladder was quite steep to get up. Good kitchen amenities available but could’ve used a regular eating table or at least more chairs to sit in around the coffee table (just one small sofa). Appreciated the drying rack to wash clothes. Laundry was very convenient. Great full bathroom with large tub and separate sink area. Easy parking area and nearby restaurant was open late and was delicious. The key code stopped working randomly and while management replied very quickly to my email, they couldn’t do much. Thankfully a cleaner was working on another's room and gave us the backup key, which saved us wasting more time struggling to lock the door. The last night (Saturday) the next door rental guests were super loud and annoying making it hard to sleep. But otherwise was very quiet and tranquil area.

5-6人で利用するには最高の宿です。調味料と食材持ち込んで料理も出来ます。清潔で使いやすいです。

Bus transport with luggages was not fun. Lot of complaining about noice levels. Very limited dining.

Great place to stay and to explore hakone! Big space and clean made the trip comfortable even though there were storm in the area.
