My group stayed at Villa H. Clean room and has the basic amenities. The location was convenient to other areas. We used a rental car, but there is also a bus stop right outside. Villa H was placed above another loft, so getting our larger luggage was a bit difficult, but we were aware of the room placement so no issues at all. Overall we really enjoyed the Villa and location. Thank you!

L’hôtel était situé sur notre boucle odawara-gora-owakudani-togendai-motohakone. L’hôtel est tout près du lac mais le quartier n’est pas très animé. Il n’y a pas de konbini à côté. Il y a quelques restaurants près du lac mais attention aux horaires de fermeture (19:30).
Il n’y a pas de réception. La lettre de la chambre et le code sont envoyés par messagerie avant l’arrivée.
Il y a deux lits deux places au rez de chaussée ainsi que toilettes et salle de bain avec machine à laver. À l’étage un coin cuisine, un salon, bureau et une mezzanine pouvant accueillir deux futons (disponibles dans les placards).
L’appartement est spacieux et propre.

The location is quite good. But room cleanliness was poor as there was so much hair all around, the floor in the living room, in the room downstairs, and the worst was even on the bed and between the sheets. We felt so uncomfortable sleeping in the bed. Even the futons in the loft were seen with hair here and there. I wonder if they really cleaned the room? In the end we had to vacuum the house by ourselves.
One of the air conditioners was not working but they were helpful to reply quickly, even though it wasn't fixed at last.
The shower was ok and water pressure was strong, so that's a good thing.
By the way, the automated key lock on the door, the number buttons were so hard to press as one of the buttons was not working well. It took a while to open the door each time.
The pictures looked great on the booking page but we would not return again. Also kids next door were screaming and jumping like crazy, so take note if you are sensitive to noise, don't recommend at all.

Overall good stay. The two separate toilet rooms were super helpful for our group of 4 adults and 1 child. The two bed sleeping area was cramped and lots of stair usage to go up and down from the top floor (not much space to leave bags downstairs). The loft was fun to sleep in though ladder was quite steep to get up. Good kitchen amenities available but could’ve used a regular eating table or at least more chairs to sit in around the coffee table (just one small sofa). Appreciated the drying rack to wash clothes. Laundry was very convenient. Great full bathroom with large tub and separate sink area. Easy parking area and nearby restaurant was open late and was delicious. The key code stopped working randomly and while management replied very quickly to my email, they couldn’t do much. Thankfully a cleaner was working on another's room and gave us the backup key, which saved us wasting more time struggling to lock the door. The last night (Saturday) the next door rental guests were super loud and annoying making it hard to sleep. But otherwise was very quiet and tranquil area.

Nestled in the forest it is walking distance to the lake and some local restaurants. Overall great place to stay. Big room with great amenities, very clean, and would stay here again. My kids loved it and we were pretty central to everything.

A wonderful place to stay all around. Near the shores of Lake Ashi, walking distance to cable car, lake cruises, bus station, restaurants etc. Really enjoyed our stay in this 3 level spacious apartment.
