The hotel employees are so friendly. The breakfast with bubbling is super.

房間寬敞，早餐豐富美味，可租獨木舟挺有趣

Staff are well trained to show courtesy to customers. Quick response to urgent repair of drain blockage. Prices are not too high for a 5-star hotel with prestige stay by state's royal family.

很棒的飯店 雖不是很便宜但很值得 總體來說很舒適 值得推薦。

Everything was good but only the pillow was too soft, I have changed another type but still flat and soft.

服務令人難忘。是這幾年跑過的國家當中屬一屬二的飯店（比四季、聖瑞吉、希爾頓、阿瑪瑞等更貼近人性） 飯店對整潔的要求也特別用心！工作人員始終保持親切的笑容面對房客！飯店地點優距東方村很近，旁邊商店街有ㄧ家華人料理餐館還不錯，老闆是新加坡知名女明星的老爸。櫃臺人員對房客的要求，處理速度明快有誠意。誠心推薦給大家！

wonderful experience! I really love it! very good swimming pool. the beach is sooooo beautiful! we enjoyed the sunset.

第一晚到意大利餐廳用餐，味道十分吾錯，最後一晚諗住再去，但室內已經被留座（但當時已經八點和只有兩枱客人），唯有坐室外，結果被蚊叮，未夠一小時唯有急急打包走人，當時已經九點多但室內嘅留座仍是空空的。

這裡強調的應該是服務 ，員工們很熱情 ，一進飯店就會讓你感受到不同 。很可惜 ，櫃檯有位女服務生 ，似乎是新來的 ，沒聽懂我們的問題 ，茫然的辦事 ，浪費了我們很多時間卻得不到結果 ，令人失望 。過程中還用中文求助於同事 ，可能以為我們不會說中文 ，感覺很沒禮貌 。這裡有足夠空間的泳池、遊戲室 ，我們玩得很盡興 ，在池邊 ，還會不定時的免費提供冰棒、飲料給客人 。有沙灘海邊 ，但並不乾淨 。房間空間很不錯 ，雖然床巾不知道有沾到什麼不太乾淨 ，（睡前最好檢查一下）整體來說 ，是很不錯的飯店 。

接待人員親切有禮貌非常有耐心、適合全家渡假的好地方、環境優雅舒適、值得推薦！飯店內餐點種類雖然不多、但是都是直得品嚐的食材！

The air con blows directly to the bed, my husband got sick becoz of it. There r flies on the salad at the buffet. Others r fine. Nice pool and beach! I had stayed at Westin before but this one is much nicer!

Beautiful hotel, rooms, staff and location. Breakfast options were good Minor considerations - - Terrace restaurant was nice but expensive -7Pm pool closing time seemed early - maybe more variety of evening entertainment -same duet but also conscious we stayed 6 nights which is longer than most guests Be interesting to see the impact of the Marriott hotel being built nearby - this did create some noise disturbance.

Great location and amenities

Great property, amenities, and secluded from the hustle bustle. Private beach and amazing rooms and dining facilities.

This hotel was great and we really enjoyed our stay. It's a beautiful place and being on a quiet bay really added to the experience. The staff were all so kind and polite. It's in a great location as well for easily going out to explore the island if you take a taxi. I'm a vegetarian and managed to find enough to eat across the week for all our meals, though some of the labelling/ingredients were confusing but when I raised this the staff were always happy to talk and help. June is more of a quiet season and we did get a rain storm at some point almost every day, but we like the quieter feel and didn't mind the storms.
