The hotel employees are so friendly. The breakfast with bubbling is super.

房間寬敞，早餐豐富美味，可租獨木舟挺有趣

Staff are well trained to show courtesy to customers. Quick response to urgent repair of drain blockage. Prices are not too high for a 5-star hotel with prestige stay by state's royal family.

很棒的飯店 雖不是很便宜但很值得 總體來說很舒適 值得推薦。

Everything was good but only the pillow was too soft, I have changed another type but still flat and soft.

服務令人難忘。是這幾年跑過的國家當中屬一屬二的飯店（比四季、聖瑞吉、希爾頓、阿瑪瑞等更貼近人性） 飯店對整潔的要求也特別用心！工作人員始終保持親切的笑容面對房客！飯店地點優距東方村很近，旁邊商店街有ㄧ家華人料理餐館還不錯，老闆是新加坡知名女明星的老爸。櫃臺人員對房客的要求，處理速度明快有誠意。誠心推薦給大家！

wonderful experience! I really love it! very good swimming pool. the beach is sooooo beautiful! we enjoyed the sunset.

第一晚到意大利餐廳用餐，味道十分吾錯，最後一晚諗住再去，但室內已經被留座（但當時已經八點和只有兩枱客人），唯有坐室外，結果被蚊叮，未夠一小時唯有急急打包走人，當時已經九點多但室內嘅留座仍是空空的。

這裡強調的應該是服務 ，員工們很熱情 ，一進飯店就會讓你感受到不同 。很可惜 ，櫃檯有位女服務生 ，似乎是新來的 ，沒聽懂我們的問題 ，茫然的辦事 ，浪費了我們很多時間卻得不到結果 ，令人失望 。過程中還用中文求助於同事 ，可能以為我們不會說中文 ，感覺很沒禮貌 。這裡有足夠空間的泳池、遊戲室 ，我們玩得很盡興 ，在池邊 ，還會不定時的免費提供冰棒、飲料給客人 。有沙灘海邊 ，但並不乾淨 。房間空間很不錯 ，雖然床巾不知道有沾到什麼不太乾淨 ，（睡前最好檢查一下）整體來說 ，是很不錯的飯店 。

接待人員親切有禮貌非常有耐心、適合全家渡假的好地方、環境優雅舒適、值得推薦！飯店內餐點種類雖然不多、但是都是直得品嚐的食材！

The air con blows directly to the bed, my husband got sick becoz of it. There r flies on the salad at the buffet. Others r fine. Nice pool and beach! I had stayed at Westin before but this one is much nicer!

We spent a week at the wonderful Danna to celebrate my husband’s 60th Birthday and we couldn’t have chosen a better hotel. From arrival until departure, the accommodation, service, cleanliness, food & drink, ambience and attention-to-detail were exceptional. We received such a warm greeting on arrival including a shoulder massage. The Countess Suite had two balconies with amazing views over the pool, beach and harbour. The kitchen area had a minibar, Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary pods, replenished daily, numerous bottles of complimentary spring-water, a fruit bowl with fresh fruit and a cake stand which was restocked each afternoon with a mix of savoury and sweet treats freshly made in the kitchen. We travelled with hand luggage only, so we sent some clothing to the laundry while there and it was returned like it had been dry cleaned. My husband got some turmeric sauce on a blue linen polo shirt, and it came back like new. We also sent a white linen shirt that had lost its whiteness, and it came back like it was new. Huge kudos to the laundry staff there as the service is outstanding! I felt completely relaxed after my 90 mins spa experience. The pool is large so lovely to be able to swim full lengths and the loungers on the beach as so relaxing looking out towards the boats in the sea. All of the restaurants and bar serve amazing food and drinks and the service is second to none. This has to be the BEST hotel we have ever stayed in, we LOVED The Danna!

From the first entrance, this is a stunning hotel. Elegant design and well maintained with the most helpful and friendly staff. Stunning sea views. Well maintained grounds with lots of water features. The rooms are very large, well designed and appointed. No danger of running out of the excellent products in the spacious bathroom which has a huge sunken tub and separate shower. Excellent spa treatment area. Well priced. Again no skimping on products. The women working there were super friendly and helpful. Great dining options. Good choice at breakfast. You could tell the staff enjoyed working there. Loved it. 2 nights was far too short a stay. It will be worth the 13 hour flight to visit again.
