Mayflower Hotel

Excellent staff who were very helpful. Lovely room and facilities. The hotel is really good value and with good location. Good transport link to get anywhere. Let down on the day before leaving only by the cleaning of the room which was not done despite calling reception to say that we'd accidently broken a glass and the floor needed cleaning for safety reasons. We cleaned as best as we could but very wary of stepping on tiny glass shards.

The room was always clean.

Bra frukost. Jade möjlighet att få särskillda önskemål veganska "mejeri" varianter redan andra dagen. Inte pool säsong. Väldigt liten pool. Hotellet var bra men hela st:Pauls bay var ett vidrigt charterområde mycket långt bort och isolerat omringat av "wasteland".

The hotel itself was fine, good value and everything as advertised BUT i would not stay there again . The reason being is that there’s so much building work going on around the hotel with constant drilling and 2 super large cranes hovering over the top of the hotel . We did complain to reception but they just shrugged their shoulders and said it’s not in our hotel and we cando nothing. You booked through Expedia, they should have told you at the time of booking, which they did not.

This was my 5th stay and its still as great as it was on my 1st visit.

My 3rd stay here, the staff are always pleasant and helpful. Accommodation modern and clean. Roof top sun terrace perfect. The location is ideal for public transport and restaurants. Would recommend

disappointing hotel! Booked a room with a sun terrace at a much higher price than a standard room. However due to the location of the room the Terrace never gets the sun! The hotel advises that the rooms are soundproofed....they are definitely not! The hotel advises that the rooftop pool has a bar, they fail to advise it is closed and the only bar is on the ground floor and seats 18 people. The sheets do not fit the bed! The towels start off as good quality and my the end of your stay are small, threadbare with holes! The hotel appears to enrolled into a timeshare / ownership program as tourists are constantly being shown around the hotel and fed lies that are very clearly heard...in fact I heard several times around the pool that some of the hotel guests were just general public and talked about in a degrading manner, but the hotel was happy to accept our money Would not recommend this hotel!

Nice modern hotel close to plenty of shops and restaurants. Breakfast had a good variety of options. The coffee at breakfast was horrible so I recommend bringing your own satchels. Only other concern was the duvet nearly covered the bed so we asked for an additional one so at least we were covered! We were there mid October and the pool bar was closed but you could still relax by the pool. Overall, great value hotel for such a beautiful area.
