Habitación con olor a guardado y a polvo, mal olor salía del lavabo, no había papel higiénico, el elevador muy lento, muchos ruidos de trabajadores por la noche. No ningún señalamiento del estacionamiento del hotel. Sábanas súper ásperas, se salía el agua del área de regadera y era un terrible regadero de agua en el baño.

No hot water, TVs didn't work, noisy until midnight every night, no internet, elevator didn't work for 3 days and we were on the third floor
This is a 330 year old building, and it really needs to be renovated. The staff were nice, and the rooms were clean. The location is excellent---right on the zocalo. It is not comfortable and is lacking in so many ways.

En general es bueno, nos dieron habitaciones en el primer piso y estaban super limpias, lo único malo es la alberca, el agua es super fría y no se puede disfrutar bien

La habitación con muy bonita vista, la ubicación es muy buena, si tiene puntos a mejorar como lo del estacionamiento porque casi que si tienes suerte te toca estacionamiento. La atención al cliente, la alberca estaba super sucia no le dan mantenimiento etc pero si es un buen lugar para Hospedarte
