Nice place and great location, 3 minutes walks to the Centraal Station and lots of great restaurants nearby! Staffs are nice and friendly!

The good: the staff and managers were all very helpful and kind. The bad: the electricity went out for the whole hotel for a few hours, impacting availability of air conditioning. Rooms are not soundproof, you will likely hear people walking outside at night. The bathroom door is silly- it’s a piece of glass with a hole in it for grip that doesn’t slide smoothly- it’ll wake up whoever is with you in your room

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was not helpful and did not respond to my request to fix the bathroom light despite calling them twice. They also wanted to charge me for room service to just clean my room! The blankets were dirty, the pillows were uncomfortable, the floors were dirty, the bathroom light was broken, and you could hear other people through the walls and on ceiling. I would never recommend this hotel!

I want to give a special shout out to Hitada (pardon my spelling). I had a bad trip in and she was so kind and got us into our rooms right away. It's perfect walking distance to everything. Comfortable and clean.

Jacuzzi in the bedroom was new twist, but certainly a nice feature, disappointed though - steap price, 500 euro pr room not including city tax and breakfast is way too much. We skipped breakfast and when we walked past the breakfast area we were happy we did not get it, the breakfast area did not match with the price of the room, quite simple hostel like furniture. In most hotels water is a bottle of water is offered on house but you chose to offer 2 sweets on the bed and a note kind of suggesting to be given a tip, for what service?

Room was clean and location was great. Had to ask for TP and the room steward was very grumpy. Our window also wasn’t properly sealing, so noise from the outdoor seating area below was so loud throughout the night.

Great room with sauna & hot tub, helpful staff & close to train station. Highly recommend

Schönes, modernes und sauberes Zimmer mit einem tollen Bad. Super Lage von der aus alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar war. Sehr ruhig trotz der Lage. Fällt mir nichts negatives dazu ein und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt
