My check-in went very smoothly and the staff were very friendly.
Even though my English isn’t very good, they were very patient and helpful.
The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable — I slept really well.
The bathroom was well-equipped with everything I needed.
I highly recommend this hotel!

Camera molto piccola , termosifone vecchissimo e doccia senza vetro ma con telo.la sera siamo arrivati e abbiamo avuto un problema con check in on Line ma Expedia non è riuscito a rintracciare i referenti dell’hotel per oltre un paio d’ore . La posizione è ottima vicino al centro che si raggiunge con breve passeggiata.

This hotel is the perfect location. Central to many sightseeing/museums/restaurants.
Paolo was very professional. We love our time there and would come back for sure! Just be ready for the stairs ! lol But it’s all part of the experience when you are in Amsterdam!

Nice, clean, simple room with a beautiful location right on the canal. Everything was clean and comfortable. I stayed on one of the top floors and the stairs are very steep, so be warned if you are carrying your luggage. I also found the room to be cold at night.

The hotel is near the 9 Streets and easy walking distance to Dam Square and Museumplein. It was charming and exactly the experience we were looking for in Amsterdam!
