奥索拉海滨马克坦酒店

優:小巧，安靜，乾淨 缺:位置市區較遠，適合要出海的。餐廳(lobby)蠻多蚊蟲

The accommodation is pretty basic, but clean. The rooms are relatively spacious, the TV, although not been used, is pretty small and quite far away from the bed, so it’s hardly useable. Although the hotel ask their guests to keep some level of quietness, the other hotel guest were annoyingly loud as in singing or watching videos on their smartphones loudly on the balcony. A few rooms do have an ocean view, however the same rooms overlook the parking area as well. The complementary breakfast is local cuisine and also rather simple. While late check in after midnight was possible , I did not have warm water on arrival. The hotel is in walking distance to a 7eleven and a very decent spa (Cielo).

娘と宿泊いたしました。スタッフがとても優しくて色々と丁寧に教えてくれました。 夜でも警備員がいるので安心できるのと、門を開けてくれるので夜遊びしても時間を気にせずでした。 バルコニー(共同)から海が見えて朝毎日眺めていました。 マニアックなエリアらしいのですが、静かですしGrabでナイトマーケットもすぐです。 ジープニーを使えば15ペソほどでマクタンまでいけます。 海はアイランドホッピングに行かないと入れませんが、プールがあるので毎日入りました。 最終日もスーツケースを預けて行動しましたが、スタッフも警備員も待っていてくれて対応してくれました。最高な旅行になりました。

We had to ask the room to be cleaned, it was done once in 6 days, poor, First day we used the pool, we witnessed a small child in distress after he came out of the pool, Myself and my used the pool, later back in the room, I was itching on parts of my body. My daughter was in agony, crying screaming inpain, scratching herself on parts of her body, we where up most of the night trying to comfort our daughter, I had a cream with me that helped sooth the pain, At one point we were going to the hospital, but decided afteri applied the cream a few times during the night it helped her calm down. I complained the next morning about the pool, they shut it down to investigate. Later that day I enquired about the pool, the receptionist told me they were working on getting the pool ready again to used ,too much Chroline in it. When I enquired again I was told it's ready to use. I told them I and my family will not be using the pool for the rest of our stay, We only booked the hotel because our daughter likes to swim, really disappointed about this, we used another hotel for swimming at our own expense. リーズナブルな費用で滞在でき、スタッフさんの対応や笑顔がとても良く、滞在の１番の思い出となりました。アイランドホッピングツアーのオプションもとても良く、あらセブの両親も安心して参加できました（経験者ですが）。海を見ながらの朝ごはんもボリュームがあって美味しく、パンケーキがお気に入りでした。空港からの送迎サービス（有料）も利用し、こちらも非常にスムーズで助かりました。

Worst place ever, it is far away from five stars

Fantastic staff in both reception and in restaurant. Hotel itself is a litle worn out but fine for ancouple of nights

Walking in the reception & it looks very promising until started walking to the hallway & the smells of the carpet like wet dump mould carpet & I couldn’t bare the smells so just decided to check out after at 12pm, 3hrs of staying..

最初に案内された部屋はトイレとシャワーが狭い空間に有りシャワーすると便器に水がかかるくらい狭かった。しかもシャワー水がチョロチョロで洗うのに一苦労しました。

The property is good and in a great location, very close to the Lapu-Lapu Monument. However, the bathroom needs an upgrade, and the pool could also use some improvement. We also experienced no hot water for shower during our stay. On a positive note, the staff was awesome—very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Overall, it’s a good resort and still a pleasant place to stay.

Was very decent, could do with softer beds

客室数が十数室の、日本の会社が経営する小さなホテルですが、レストラン、プール、マッサージ室が有り、寛いで一日過ごせる良いホテルです。

Staff members were great! They were welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and breakfast was good!

price quality ratio is ok. Don't expect luxury. As remarks: #No soft drinks were in stock during our four-day stay, only beer and water. It wouldn't be that hard to replenish them. # tv was not working #room was not cleaned,inspite of asking. #entering the sea was dangerous because of missing a railing walking down the slippery stairs. ,#the food(breakfast and menu was tasty. #the staff very friendly and attentive. Like i say,,price quality ratio is ok!!

バスタブ付き、選べる朝食付きでこの価格は非常にコスパが良いと感じました。Wi-Fiの速度も安定しており、快適に過ごせて大満足です。 また、到着が遅れる旨をメッセージで伝えた際も、返信がとても早く安心感がありました。ぜひまた利用したいです。

ローカルなホテルで、人も少なく、ゆっくりできましたし、プールは子供達も喜んで毎日使っていました。スタッフは皆さん親切でした。シャワーの出が悪かったり、不明な点は全て聞いたら対応してくれましたし、この安さで朝ごはんも付いて、非常に満足でした。ありがとうございました。
