Aozora Seaside Mactan

ローカルなホテルで、人も少なく、ゆっくりできましたし、プールは子供達も喜んで毎日使っていました。スタッフは皆さん親切でした。シャワーの出が悪かったり、不明な点は全て聞いたら対応してくれましたし、この安さで朝ごはんも付いて、非常に満足でした。ありがとうございました。

スタッフの皆さんは、とても親切で素晴らしかった。ただ、日本語も話せる方がいると思っていたのですが、そうではなかったようです。シャワーも日本の感覚でいくと思い知らされます。現地に馴染んでください。

The staff are excellent and the room was very nice with split AC and wifi. I highly recommend Aozora and this was my second stay there.

朝食はとても美味しかったです。 プールもとても綺麗でした。

The pictures as why I booked it were totally not it , shows was on a nice beach and wasn’t , it was noisy due to the construction going on and all . They even admit the pictures in the site is very misleading , but the staff did put me into a different room that was better and yes I may go back there one day . To go to a nice beach is far away and taxi drivers try to basically rob you on the fares

Nothing about this property was true or correct even the bed asvertised as queen bed was only a double carpet dirty and stained every where pool looks nice in picture looks nothing the same in person, only redeming feature was staff were nice when i told them i wanted to cancel.

600 PHP early check-in for 3 hrs. Only one time a "small" roomcleaning at day no. 4 of our 5 days long stay and after a lot of discussion and advises at the reception. Breakfast included but only Philippine style with sausage and ham and rice. Use it only one time because water for coffee only working cold. Location not near to centre: distance not far away from cebu city and the airport but because of the traffic you need a lot more than 80 resp. 40 minutes to the hotel. No divingcentre anymire in the hotel.

Very relaxing in the spacious family room, great views of the sea from the wrap around verandah, lovely to have fresh air when the sliding doors are open. Staff are discreet and courteous. Great food!

Very friendly and helpful staff. It's a very quiet resort with a beautiful view. The food in the restaurant was very good.

Poolen kunne ikke bruges under hele vores ophold. Værelserne og især gulvtæpperne var beskidte. Fik serveret pandekager der ikke var færdigbagte. Det virkede mest som om alle havde opgivet hotellet. Men personalet var søde.

Die Unterkunft war nur für eine Nacht gebucht, da ich spontan früher anreisen konnte. Das Zimmer hat die besten Zeiten wohl schon hinter sich, aber es war geräumig und das Bett war bequem. Alles in allem funktional eingerichtet, aber eben alt. Die Anlage an sich liegt malerisch in einer Bucht, mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Der Pool war ordentlich und angenehm zum morgendlichen Wasserspaß. Das Restaurant bietet eine kleine Auswahl an Speisen und Frühstück. Die Preise sind angemessen. Das Personal der gesamten Anlage ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

I went here the other month with my significant other and it practically almost ended our relationship… instead the same day we checked in that evening we booked it for shangri-la and had a 2 night stay there which cost me hefty fee since it was the only place close by that I was comfortable with staying at. This was the first place since being in Cebu that disappointed me. I was supposed to be on vacation for roughly 6 days in Cebu. It didn’t help that towards the end of my stay in Cebu that a cab driver who spoke well English than said I made a mistake to go here with my Significant Other. I am very sorry eyes wide open now about staying in Mactan or Lapu-Lapu. In my opinion as a foreigner I got ripped off and lost over $3000 in total with my trip just there alone… I would come again next time and just book an Air B&B. Altogether I still enjoyed most of what I got to do and see some of it was very beautiful and the hospitality by the bar and food place located on site was so nice a I know y’all are doing construction trying to build up the property but there needs to be warnings or heads up between y’all’s business and the Expedia Webdite/App… this was false advertising I didn’t have access to the amenities like the pool and the beach is more like a rocky dock not safe to go into the water without aqua shoes. Where I come from the beaches aren’t rough or rocky and their is no fear of injuring self. I was lucky enough to book a stay elsewhere…

Super trevlig personal som verkligen gjorde allt superbt. Ganska slitet hotell och det är pågående byggarbete precis sidan om så var lite högljutt. Mysigt litet hotell.
