great place, service is good, but a little problem with the hot shower system

The view is great and the pool is cozy. When the weather is bad, you always has somewhere to chill off. But the condition of the road outside the hotel is terrible (I know they don't responsible for that), the government should really do something about it. After all, it's El nido we are taking about.

The view of this hotel is exceptional so as their services, however, there are defiantly some parts could be improved such as internet coverage( you can't get the reception from your room) and there is no televisions nor refrigerator inside the room.

The wifi is so bad, only nearby one of swimming pool has a little bit better wifi.

早餐很好吃！飯店還接送我們到另一個飯店，服務很好！飯店位置離市區不算太遠，走路走得到！當然可以請飯店tricycle 載你出去，退房時飯店還接送我們到另一個飯店，服務真好！我會推薦大家這家飯店！

熱水跟水壓需要改善, 洗一下不是沒熱水要不然就是跟毛毛雨一樣的小. 一整天後的水上活動回到房間還不能洗一個熱水澡實在不是很好. 再來就是早餐份量有一點少...

Cadlao Resort is a great choice if you want to stay close to the town (walkable distance) yet away from the noise. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great resort and highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel, food is amazing, views epic. Only negative is Lawin room, a beach front cottage backs on to a very noisy bar, the music should stop at 10pm, it didn’t one night and the hotel did respond and speak to the bar and they provide earplugs. But whilst having evening showers you do feel like you are at a youth hostel disco! With the base coming into the room. I would definitely stay at this hotel again but ask not to be near the bar.

We had a great and comfortable stay at Cadlao. Staff were all incredibly attentive and accommodating. Very friendly. The rooms were comfortable and AC worked great. Beautiful and peaceful property with great views of the bay and Cadlao Island.

Excellent resort. Beautiful surroundings and views, spotless and comfortable rooms, wonderful accommodating staff. Food was good in the restaurant and the servers are great! LOVED this place - pool was awesome. Great place to rest and relax. The location is great too, if you want to be a bit out of the main hub of town but close enough to walk there for shopping and eating.

Overrated and expensive for what you pay for. Staff was friendly and attentive. My room got downgraded from what I paid for. Booking company supposedly had to fight for my refund by calling Westin in Mexico City, Mexico. Only got refunded for one nights difference, when I was downgraded and moved to another room for 2 nights. Kinda upset!! Like above, place is overrated and very expensive. Went down the beach and got a beach front room for 1/3 the cost w/same view! Paid $4k pesos instead of $15k pesos I had paid at Cadlao.

I’ll start by saying that our stay was cut short due to the typhoon. We were only able to stay for one night. The staff is so friendly and greet you with an amazing smile. In the short time we had, the grounds were nice and the room was pretty comfortable. Downside, it’s pretty warm in the bathroom and there is no TV (minor problem). We were very disappointed with the bevahior of what we assume was management toward staff. On 2 separate occasions, in front of paying guests, he berated the staff for small errors. It was not professional and left a very bad impression. I can only assume this is not an isolated incident and I hope that this behavior will change in the future for the staff’s sake.
