Charlie’s El Nido was an absolute gem. It’s not on the water but it is only a 5 minute drive to the nearest beach and very close to the airport. The pool was crisp, the facility was well maintained and the rooms were great. We did have a suite but still, what we had was quite nice. Especially compared to some other properties around the area. My extended Filipino family also loved their breakfast stating it was very good. They offered a variety of Filipino classics along with pancakes and eggs for a more westernized (American) breakfast. We will definitely consider Charlie’s again for a return visit.

The hotel has very efficient staff with quick, no-hassle check-in. The room assigned to me was clean but was located in one of the hotel's wings that required a short (down) stair to reach. It has a front balcony that was slippery from the rain. I will not recommend this hotel for those with mobility issues. There are, however, many pluses for most guests. The staff is very attentive and engaging. Their shuttle drivers, in particular, are very accommodating without sacrificing efficiency. They have a regular run to the El Nido city center, allowing their guests to join island-hopping tours without the additional cost of the ride to the tour's departure point. They also have a scheduled trip to and from Lio Beach- an excellent free beach that those visiting El Nido should not miss.

Our stay was impeccable . The staff were so kind to help us with the airport and shuttles. They even got us a private driver. We had an incredible experience.

I like the location-very close.to the airport. It is a bit far to town but we didnt mind. The hotel was quite, clean, had the necessary amenities such as pool and restaurant. The hotel does provide shuttle to Town but very limited, so we had to ride the tricycle for the most part. The only negative I can say about the hotel is the room smell- its a bit musty especially if the AC is not on. Overall, we liked the hotel. As I mentioned if you like to be close to the airport and want a quite environment. this is the ideal hotel.

Our stay at Charlie’s El Nido was absolutely wonderful and truly exceeded expectations. The rooms were perfect — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The bathroom was spacious and modern, and we loved having a balcony overlooking the pool, which made mornings and evenings especially relaxing. The restaurant was fantastic. Breakfast every day was excellent with plenty of options to choose from. The omelet station was a highlight, along with fresh fruit selections, a variety of hot dishes, and fluffy pancakes made fresh upon request. Everything felt fresh, well-prepared, and enjoyable. What really made this stay special was the staff. Every single team member — from the front desk and restaurant staff to security and transportation personnel — was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Their hospitality made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. The hotel amenities were great as well, including a full bar, gym, and a beautiful pool area that was perfect for relaxing after island tours. Overall, Charlie’s El Nido is a fantastic place to stay, and we would absolutely return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting El Nido!

The hotel is fairly new, clean and with a nice pool area. The staff is attentive and helpful. You can book all tours directly with reception. The room is spacious and comfortable. However, the air con has some very strong lights which blink overnight, disturbing your sleep. The roosters next door were also a natural alarm clock we did not want to have in our holidays. Although fresh, the buffet breakfast was more like a continental type and could have a bigger variety of western food including cheese and cold cuts. Lastly, the shuttle times to the city and Lio beach were very limited (once in the morning and once in the evening), so we had to pay for a Tuc-tuc to get to those places nearly every time; it would be great if the shuttle ran every hour for guest convenience. Overall it was a great stay.

This isn’t far from town proper , and they offer a few shuttles per day into town or the beach. I highly recommend Lio beach , sunset is amazing, and so much good food to enjoy. We rented a room with pool access which is the only room I’d ever book. It was so nice to go to your balcony and swim whenever you wanted. Room service was so amazing. We sued the fridge to stick up on drinks as theirs only a small store nearby with limited selection. The restaurant was great, many options. You’ll enjoy the breakfast and prices. Staff was so so amazing. Would stay again

Everything was excellent - accommodations were beautiful and renovated. The service was top notch. They were so kind, respectful and helpful.

Brilliant and absolutely stunning hotel with the most wonderful staff that make you feel very welcome to the island! Very near to lio beach but not walking distance from the main town. The hotel helps you get tricycles there though with ease.

Clean, updated room. Shower could have been a little cleaner. Staff was absolutely lovely. Amenities were great, nice pool, outdoor shower, decent gym, kitchen made great food. Very close to the airport and Lío beach. Quiet at night We did get stomach issues during our stay, though we tried to be very careful. Cant say for certain it was due to food at the hotel but be wary of the water while you shower, no ice, only bottled water, only cooked food, etc.

Fantastic stay here for 4 nights

Good experience overall, but more of a on-demand venue (eg had to ask almost every day for housekeeping/new towels, etc. because they wouldn’t do it automatically). They also charged a high fee for a shuttle to el nido town. Otherwise the venue is very nice/cute, staff are super friendly and helpful. Good value for the price

Well maintained property and great staff.

Very nice accommodation. Made my stay very nice and comfortable. The rooster outside from 2am on was even bearable. Was like being on a farm 😃. Great stay

Excellent pour la chambre en bord de piscine !

Hôtel globalement mal entretenu, assez décevant, une fois le hall tout clinquant passé dans les chambres, la réalité est tout autre: meuble de salle de bain, abîmé, chambre avec fenêtre donnant sur les parties communes. Je n’ai pas apprécié le fait qu’ils attribue à ma maman, la chambre la moins agréable de l’hôtel à proximité des machines de la piscine qui faisait beaucoup de bruit et une chambre qui nécessitait de descendre de nombreux escaliers. Je suis allé les voir à la réception. Ils lui ont attribué une nouvelle chambre dès le soir même. Cocktail Happy Hour de très mauvaise qualité, nous avons même pas fini nos verres. Service de navette jusqu’à l’aéroport gratuit. Ce qui est appréciable. L’hôtel est à moins de 20 minutes du centre de El Nido, ce qui est agréable car le centre de El nido est bruyant.

Nice and quiet place

Beautiful hotel away from the business of El Nido town but just a short tricycle ride away! Breakfast was fantastic. All staff were very friendly and helpful.
