Booked a 3 bedroom top floor apartment for my family. When we got there they were trying to Put us in 3 separate studio type rooms on 3 separate floors far from one another. COULD NOT CONTACT ANYBODY personally. SECURITY GAURD helped us by contacting "Mr. JAY" who sent an assistant who insisted we stay in 3 separate studios and stated that advertised Booked 3 bedroom apartment was under renovations. When Complaint placed thru booking agency 2 hours later(Hotels.com)--"Mr. JAY" (assuming owner of property) refused to communicate with Agency re: inaccurate accommodations based on actual Paid reservation. Luckily Hotels.com was able to Find alternative accommodations that night for my family at no additional costs and upgraded us to a 3 bedroom Presidential Suite at another nearby Hotel for the inconvenience. It was such a Hassle/ordeal with this reservation. Location is centrally good But personally, DO NOT recommend this place. BAD COMMUNICATION and Setvice.

Stay was good. Needs some update though.

The room is different from what we’ve expected. The door knob in the bedroom is broken, small cockroaches are anywhere, the beddings and towels are not that well cleaned, and they only provided one rug in the entire duration of our stay.

Shower was great. Wifi was horrible. Beds were hard. And we saw three cockroaches

Everything was pretty good. Only exception was we were put in 2 different rooms on different floors when i booked two bedrooms in one room

good wifi, but i suggest changing the blanket, it's terrible, super old, and once you touch another surface it felt like you're being electrocuted because of the static made by the blanket, infested with a lot of cockroaches, they're everywhere! infront of the door, bathroom, under the bed, it got to my shoe one time.

could've checked and see if wifi is working. there is no signal and the wifi is not working AT ALL. there is a hot shower which is good.

Room is clean. Place is beautiful facing the bay.

They would have you go to a different floor and enter a room to check in. Very bad vibes about the whole thing.

Found some cockroaches in the bathroom and rooms. Staff were friendly. Conveniently located. Good view.

Towels are in terrible shape, bring your own. Bedsheets looked like they were used by previous tenants. There are cockroaches in this property, I will not book again. It’s cheap but I’ve stayed at a cheaper hotel near this property and one in Makati that are much better.

The place is really good. But the room is lack of kitchentools like plates and cookware. A bit clean but the towels is a bad smell and have a cockroach. Hopefully you improve this. The staffs really good and easy to access. The pool is good to especially for the children can't getting bored while stay. The wifi is good too. I'm happy to stay too.

Staff are friendly. But the room needs to some cleaning because of the cockroach. A spray maybe
