Ótima acomodação, bem completa com espaço, armários, mesa de passar roupa, ferro, secador, água quente chuveiro delicioso, toalhas macias, silencioso. Ótimo café da manhã. Bom atendimento, bem localizado. Só achei um pouco abafado (assim como os outros hotéis que passei pela Europa que não abrem as janelas). Mas me virei bem com o ventilador.

Personalen i receptionen lade knappt märke till oss, alls - under någon del av perioden. De verkade mest uttråkade.
Människor gick in och ut ur hotellet till synes utan att kontrolleras vilket kändes osäkert.
Vi visste att vi bokat ett billigt boende men det innebär inte att man exempelvis ska behöva vänta sig mögel i badrummet.

Flea in the bed got bitten curtains didn’t close told staff she shrugged and said sorry!
Breakfast was terrible I asked for fresh eggs the man was not nice and said they are what they are they are all the same cooked in the oven so no fresh eggs the sausages where under cooked and swimming in grease staff not interested !! Paid £240 to stay in a nice hotel !!

Breakfast okay. Regular English options.
Room cleanliness needs work, a bit of a hoover and dusting around ends would be great. Shower curtain was mouldy at the bottoms so that was a bit gag inducing. Shower itself pressure okay.
Room was noisy at nights as could hear the plumbing for everyone's shower. Constant sounds.
2 single beds, nice, clean sheets, comfy pillows.
All in all okay for price and distance into Edinburgh was good. Within walking distance to Dean village if you have that on your check list.

Bathroom was so dirty it felt unusable. Room was boiling hot and we had a window on to what appeared to be extractor fan type machines on the roof which were very loud. Only stayed as we needed emergency accommodation due to a delayed flight. I wouldn’t recommend staying unless it is an emergency cheap option, it’s the definition of you get what you pay for, if not less.

Avoid this hotel at all costs, it was the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed at, blood stained sheets on the bed, dust everywhere, the room stank of smoke, Stains all up the walls. Complained and got complementary breakfast which we didn’t accept as we had no high hopes or the food. Got moved room, second room was certainly better but still filthy.. avoid

This place needs a refurb and some serious attention to detail.
Blood stains on the pillow and quilt, which I only noticed on the last night.
Cracked sanitaryware. Mould around bath as well.
Paid extra for a room with a window but could see through the window because the double glazed unit has failed so was all clouded up and full of mould.

The beds were like sleeping on a pile of rocks. The worse bed and pillows we have ever slept on ever. The parking facilities were terrible. There are not enough parks for the amount of guests. It first in first served. If you dont get a park it bad luck and there are no alternative parking opportunities close by despite having paid for it. You were harassed at breakfast for provide proof of payment as you were eating. A terrible system!
