整體感覺環境舒服乾淨

Can't fault the hotel at all. Checked in quickly and had a cracking corner room with great views of the Finnisten crane, Armadillo and Hydro. Had some lunch which was really nice and fairly inexpensive for hotel food. Would definitely stay again.

Rooms very clean, beds very comfortable, super helpful staff. Handy parking discounted an Hydro car park.

Great location for the Hydro,etc however for the price the room was pretty standard & in need of some repairs. The carpet had some large marks & light fitting at beside was broken. Also the design if the bed side shelves were a little awkward. Also not being petty but disappointed there was no water in the room & only option was to purchase from a take away section in the hotel @ £4 a bottle. Would I stay again- yes mainky due to location but wouldn't pay for a delux room & would know better what to expect.

After finding the wrong Courtyard Marriott had been hooked and ending up in the city and not at the airport (who were very unhelpful and quite rude) the staff there were so lovely - I asked for a quiet room due to the concerts going on across the road and was given a complimentary upgrade to. a room on the 9th floor and when I came down to get some food after a very long day the waitress Maisie told me her colleague at check-in had said I’d had a difficult day and so they wanted to offer me a complimentary drink with my meal! I was speechless after the early episode with the airport Courtyard Marriott. She was a little superstar with such a lovely chatty personality which was delightful to get this service.i didn’t get the name of the young man who checked me in but please could you give them both my thanks for turning around my day and making me feel valued and special

Room wasnt the cleanest, mould all around in bathroom, there was no bin bags in rooms,no staff said anything about the loud work going on in other rooms and outside, did appreciate staff putting down rose petals for our anniversary.

As soon as you walk in you are made to feel so welcome. The rooms were anazing and super clean. The breakfast was first class, plenty to choose from. Will definitely book again
