Please do not be put off by the negative reviews.
I was worried after checking the reviews after booking the reservation, but the hotel and room were clean. Fresh towels and sheets were provided. There is an electric kettle with supplies for making quick tea.
There is good parking at the back, and a bus stop right in front of the hotel.
It was not noisy. The staff and other guests were polite. The hotel also has a lovely little dining room.
It is clearly stated that towels and bedsheets are replaced every other day, which we were fine with.
The check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free.
Overall it was a good deal.

1.酒店正在装修中，环境乱七八糟。
2.楼梯在1楼（ground)的出口封闭，只能从另一侧上下楼，在2层东拐西拐，穿过4道门，带拉杆箱，不太方便。
3.房间里无WiFi，只能在前台上网，但是没有椅子。

It's a little bit far when you walk form train station to hotel , but you can take a bus. Hotel just near the bus stop.
Hotel staff is friendly and kindly to introduce the sightseeing information about the town. Living in the hotel is comfortable, and the English breakfast is good.

Nel complesso, una esperienza soddisfacente, soprattutto perché si passa tanto tempo fuori ovviamente! Sulla Pulizia si può fare qualcosa di più, ho trovato diversi capelli in bagno. Il mio materasso forse era un po’ vecchio? Era alquanto basso al centro. La distanza tra l’hotel e Victoria Street, per avere un punto di riferimento, e di mezz’ora a buon passo. Però gli autobus sono frequenti e molto comodi.

We were only given one key for three adults. There was rarely anyone at the front desk, so we couldn't check out properly or ask questions when needed. The website also does not mention that there are no elevators, which would have been helpful to know before booking.
On the positive side, the room was clean, and the location was convenient, with a bus stop directly in front of the hotel.

Plug socket sparked and started crackling so took phone of charge.
Tried to turn shower on and electrics tripped and hasn’t worked since 23.00.
Main light works so assuming it’s not connected to the rooms electrics since: Tv, kettle, chargers, lamps, shower and extension leads won’t work at all. Showers won’t work and no hot water.
Reception man said there was fire day before so getting things back and running.
Didn’t find out until we checked in and no prior messages or emails indicating this. Absolutely horrendous time here.

Hotel was good but the only downside was that the room service people didn’t do the work properly, they would tidy up and refill the tea n coffee but not change the used cups or wash them, also they didn’t hoover the floor at all, we stayed there 3 nights.

I booked a double bed en-suite room. I was initially offered a room with a separate external bathroom, then a small room with an en-suite when I questioned why it is different from my booking.
This room was subpar, noisy and uncomfortable beds. Shower was limp. Door to toilet did not close and was hanging by a thread for want of a better expression. In summary, it’s a NO.

My room was clean, acceptable and the bed was comfortable but had no heating upon arrival and for the first night. While the staff did find me a fan heater and then an electric heater, along with an extra quilt upon request it was not ideal.
Also the walls are paper thin as I could hear next doors antics in the middle of the night, as well as people shouting and drunk.
The second night he had got my heating working but was also extremely noisy all evening people arguing next door.
