1.The AC is terrible, the smell make me keep counging that i had to turn if off. 2.The bed is somehow messy, especially the swallows. 3.The Air actually is NOT good at all. 4.And when I went to breakfast i cannot even put my suitcase at the forntdesk. I was 1 meter away. A very bad journey i swear this is my worst trip in Spian.

Excelente, atendimento e cuidado impecáveis

Never stayed here before but wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Although not as central as l would have liked it was not far from metro and all public transport services.Only 10 mins walk from the lovely retiro park.

It’s ok for one night stay but I wouldn’t want to come back again.

Vær opmærksom på at få ansatte kan engelsk. Pool er lukket det meste af året selvom de markedsfører sig med denne - læs alt med småt før du booker dette hotel. Det samme gælder en af restauranterne. Hotellets morgenmad er god. Ens hver dag, men det er vil meget normalt. Meget larm på værelset fra vejen.

El desayuno espectacular. El servicio muy bueno. Muy bien ubicado.

Si vas a la zona de Salamanca, El Retiro, tiene una muy buena ubicación. El hotel es grande, recibe grupos de profesionales y estudiantes, hay que tener en cuenta eso. Las instalaciones están bien aunque falta algo de mantenimiento en los pasillos que llevan a las habitaciones, nada grave. Los elevadores aunque son varios, son muy pequeños, dos personas con maletas como máximo o cuatro sin maletas y siempre parece que falta espacio. El buffet del desayuno es muy completo, tiene todo y de muy buena calidad, el comedor es muy amplio y no falta espacio. Internet, bien. Buena opción para hospedarse.

We stayed overnight for a connecting flight to Mallorca next day. Lovely hotel and staff!

Staff were good. Location is excellent if you dont mind walking a bit to most tourist spots like plaza mayor, the palace, the cathedral, etc Room was not that good. They gave us room thwt was like in the middle. The window. Was small and open to just hole in the middle of the building. The air in the room never feel fresh. Maybe other rooms can be better but our room was definitely not good.

Demasiado grande, anticuado e impersonal

Overall, my stay at the property was great. First the good things, the location is good close to most of the major attractions. The rooms are very nice. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the food in the restaurant is as good as any of the restaurants in the city, there was only two things that weren’t great the housekeeping staff didn’t really clean the room too well daily they would forget to refill the coffee and change out the coffee cups, and would even leave used room service plates in the room. also one other thing I was on the sixth floor and there was some loud noise above my room all night long. I don’t know what it was. It did not prevent me from sleeping much, but perhaps that should be looked at.

Colazione super, non si può aggiungere nulla perché c'è veramente di tutto. Per i celiaci nessun problema. Camera molto grande e pulita, personale gentilissimo

On brand, efficient, pleasant staff, responsive when issues arose. We didn't do breakfast here as we generally like to try licsl restaurants in cities. Only gripes: dofa bed not very comfy (even for a sofa bed) and pool wasn't open - understandable because it was April and even public pools weren't open but the weather was very gokd, do was hoping for some flexibility
