Prime location, very clean, nice bedding, firm mattres, friendly staff

Bedrooms - the rooms were sweltering and there is no way to control the heating in the rooms!!! Made for two poor nights sleep! The shower leaked badly in both rooms - meant the bathroom flooded every time you had a shower!

A cordialidade de um atendente

It is located on the Main Street of Bilbao across El Corte Ingles. The car park is a walk but we didn’t mind. The staff were very good and the rooms are excellent.we will definitely stay again.

Beautiful place, friendly staff, the bathroom was amazing, already booked to return. Drinks service was slow but I didn’t really care because I was in no rush. Pool not being included was a shame, so we didn’t use it and it’s €20 am hour for late checkout so we didn’t use that either but it was a really nice place right in the heart of Bilbao

Room, position, breakfast

Un agréable séjour. Conforme à l'offre. Personnel accueillant, chambre propre. Le spa est un vrai plus. Hôtel bien situé permettant de tout faire à pied. Les renseignements donnés par mail lors de mon contact m'ont permis d'anticiper le parking et la réseevation du spa.

La chambre était super, le personnel au petit soin, rien à dire sur le petit déjeuné.

Une réception VIP !! En français ! Une chambre spacieuse, une déco magnifique une propreté impeccable une insonorisation efficace, bref à recommander

The check in was hit and miss. No explanation of facilities, breakfast times etc. no mention was made of the fact that the restaurant/bar was going to be closed the following evening, nor that everything was going to be closed in the vicinity (it was NYE)

No es merecedor de un 5 estrellas. La decoración muy bonita y el hotel está limpio, pero ahí termina lo bueno. El check-in fue lento porque solo había una persona en pleno puente de diciembre. El parking "cerca de las instalaciones" está en realidad a 500m, mejor que no se te olvide nada en el coche o tienes que andar 1km para recogerlo. Uno de los motivos por el que elegimos este hotel era que tenía piscina y así tener algo que hacer si hacía mal tiempo. Cuando preguntamos por la piscina, resulta que es de pago! Y no había mención de ello en la web. Encima no era barato: para 2 adultos y 2 niños, 60€ y limitados a 1h! Al dia siguiente, salimos por la mañana y volvimos a descansar después de comer, pero a las 16h no habían hecho aún la habitación. Os recuerdo que se supone que es un hotel de 5 estrellas. El desayuno merece un apartado por si solo. Esperamos 25 minutos para sentarnos. Luego otros 25 hasta que trajeron lo que pedimos. Mientras tanto tuvimos que pedir y esperar a que repusieran el zumo, la leche, el pan y el bacon. Ni en un 3 estrellas de playa en temporada alta ocurre esto. Por último, detalles que marcan la diferencia: el bote con los caramelos de la entrada se acabó el primer dia y tardaron 3 dias en rellenarlo. Desde luego que no volveré a este hotel y evitaré la marca Radisson en el futuro.

Todo perfecto la chica rubia de la recepción súper simpática y súper amable no recuerdo el nombre por esto optima posición y optima atención Recomiendas 100%

Todo bien.

Self-service breakfast was okay but not easy to navigate where everything was as located on different sides of the room. Bar only had outside seating which was not ideal this time of year. Service was very slow.
