Amazing location and great rooftop bar. Having the spa on site was also lovely

Everything was superb! We wanted more space and booked a bigger room. It was so worth it, especially since we were there during a heatwave and spent time at the hotel when it was too hot outside. The whole hotel had perfect air conditioning. The breakfast buffet was excellent, on the top floor with a big roof terrace outside. The cleaning was superb. The staff were very nice and helpful.

I love the how the rooms and bathrooms are designed specifically the high quality shower. Parking was a little bit hassle but few blocks away there is a parking lot. Transportation was the easiest as more busses and train station are right outside the hotel. There are restaurants and also big mall In front of the hotel.

Very modern ,comfortable great location right across el corte ingles . They have a great rooftop bar .

Hands down WORST hotel experience I've ever had &I travel a LOT!! DONT BOOK - bad reviews all true! Given it's a 5* hotel &I'm also a premium Radisson member, we were treated abysmally. Its management is diabolical. I paid up front for a twin room 4mths ahead of travel. I messaged to reconfirm twin beds, for friends sharing. On arrival, "no twin", they were "fully booked", & receipt of my messages (via hotels app - that all other hotels use reliably/successfully) denied. This wasn't acceptable; we'd booked a 5* hotel as a treat for a wknd catch up &as friends, needed twin beds. The receptionist noticed I was a premium member &then offered a suite as a last resort given no other room options, repeatedly phoning the mgr with no reply. Finally the female mgr arrived - with zero concept of customer service, who cancelled the suite. I was rudely told that twins aren't guaranteed, consistently spoken across. My friend then arrived off her later flight (i'd attempted check in for 2+hrs by now) &also experienced same bad manners. We were begrudgingly found a premium additional room which they expected us to pay for; we argued &it was reduced to a 90eur rate. I stayed in the original (also disabled!) room. A metal bathroom ceiling tile fell down and could've killed me. Another male manager next day agreed to refund extra room cost for night1, plus 25% off nights2&3 - still waiting despite refund receipt! Restaurant breakages left on floor...not enough staff...endless faults...VV.BAD!

La ubicación de la propiedad es excelente para moverse en transporte público. A una cuadra hay una oficina de turismo donde te explican los puntos turísticos de la ciudad y cómo llegar a ellos. Y justo, saliendo de ahí, una parada de tren urbano. La habitación muy amplia, limpia y cómoda. En la recepción, Cristina fue de especial ayuda. En el lobby, siempre tienen agua fresca y unos dulcitos muy sabrosos. El hotel no cuenta con espacio de estacionamiento, pero te indican dónde aparcar a unas tres cuadras. Sólo hay que especificar bien las indicaciones de cómo llegar, pues es fácil irse para otro lado y el retorno es fastidioso.

Phone in room not working was unable to call for room service. Room 602 directly below rooftop kitchen, woken up each morning at 6am as kitchen staff wheeling around carts and banging doors. Cleaning lady walked in an hour before check-in despite 'do not disturb' sign clearly visible hanging from outside doorknob, walked in with full view of me in shower. Told all to front desk at check out, response: "so sorry". Beautiful property though.

We booked this place because we have a child and they said they had a swimming pool. This is only partly true. The pool is shared with a spa. And priority is given to those who book spa treatments. You have to book swimming time. This is not ideal whatsoever with a child. And in the summer. So beware of this. It is misleading.

The hotel is pretty mediocre. The room size was good which is why I picked it because it worked for our family. The location is also very central which was great. Everything else is squarely ok. The staff was not very helpful or friendly. Rarely even picked up the phone.

Cosmetically the hotel was fine. The staff were friendly as well. However we had multiple issues including the power having to be reset, the key cards malfunctioning on our second day there, the telephone buttons to reception or room service not working, and the pretty bathtub that we couldn’t utilize because the drain plug didn’t work. They were going to charge us for calling the hotel for room service because we couldn’t get the buttons to work but guest services took it off.

Gros problèmes sur la douche dont la porte laisse passer par un vide vertical de 1cm une grande partie de l'eau utilisée, de ce fait le sol de la salle de bains est une piscine et aux vu des traces de calcaire au sol le problème est récurrent. Autre Gros problème, sur un séjour de deux nuits la chambre n'était pas faite à 16h, il a fallu réclamer deux fois. Tout ceci fait beaucoup d'imperfections pour un hôtel 5 étoiles.

Das Zimmer war groß, das Bett riesig, alles in gutem Zustand. Prima Lage. Das Personal ist professionell: Zimmer um 15 Uhr nicht fertig? Getränke-Voucher bekommen. Kein Tisch im Restaurant trotz früher Anfrage frei? Am nächsten Tag einen Snack bekommen. Zugegeben: schöner wäre, wenn alles reibungslos funktionieren würde. Dann gäb‘s auch während des Mittagsschlafs keinen Anruf, der ankündigt, dass 5 Minuten später ein Handwerker ins Zimmer müsse. Aber alles in allem recht gut.

Rooms were very nice. Very big bathroom. And staff were friendly and helpful.

Tyvärr har standarden på hela hotellet blivit mycket sämre än när vi var här för 2 år sedan. Förtjänar inte längre 5 stjärnor. För mycket var dåligt, rummmet, servicen, frukosten mm

Location was good but no parking. They shoudl offer valet because when you have a family or elderly, i would not recommend since it takes 10 mintues to walk and in the summer its a long walk. Besides that , the bellmen was not helpful , just standing body when we were leaving . He said he is busy when we asked for luggage but he was just standing there. The check in Agent was helpful. Breakfast was descent but coffee was awful. REcommend to invest in Illy Coffee or change the machines.
