Very good location, many cute shops and restos nearby and walkable to city center. Set in middle of LGBT area, the area was not that loud at night but there was a group of partyers living in a unit that partied till 5am and that was loud. Host was fast to communicate but things we requested were only able to be delivered to us the next day. Also, there was no whatsapp to communicate and we communicated over email. We also felt the apartment was not very clean and one of us kept having eye allergies as soon as she steps in the apartment. Pictures def look a lot nicer/newer/cleaner than reality. Also had some wear down problems like water drips from upstairs. Also did not feel any AC. Also the pillows came as one long thin cushion pillow. We came as 6 girlfriends and the pillows were uncomfortable and hard to share between us.

Bad experience. We used the code provided by the hotel but cannot work. We waited for more than 15 minutes outside the apartment building in heavy rain. We found some other guests also try their code but also failed. We called and called but no body answer and other guests also tried to use their ways to contact but no reponse. No reception on duty. Really bad experience. Not easy for some people to do the self check-in machine. The email didn't tell very clear so some guest also asked what room they should go.

Queria dejar esta reseña . Imposible dormir en la noche en el apartamento toda la noche muchisimo ruido en la calle por parte de los vecinos .algo nunca vivido en nungun hotel anteriormente. La verdad les doy 0 calificacion en privacidad . Que lastima ya que el apt es muy bueno

Be aware that check in is at 3 and no exemption. I came with family and a few luggage that from the first call they said they could not accommodate but after a second call they were able to provide a locker for purchase at reasonable price but we were left out on the street for a while.

Buena localización, cerca de la Gran Vía, el apartamento muy cómodo, camas cómodas, cocina muy bien equipada, todo casi perfecto pero si el Vecindario no te deja dormir y hay huéspedes en el piso de arriba moviendo muebles en la madrugada, no se puede dormir ni descansar bien. No le recomiendo a nadie que se quede en este lugar a menos que usted duerma de día y salga de noche/madrugada. El sector se activa después de las 12am y el alboroto es intenso. Estuve 8 noches y no se cual fue peor, es diario no importa la ocasión. Para el precio que uno paga no esperaba algo así. Mejor escoja otra opción. Y el ruido no es solo de la calle sino por el tipo de construcción que hace que todo se oiga. Lamentablemente, fue muy decepcionante.

Clean room , good size , accurate description on the web

Perfect location, centre but in the centre just off the main streets so is not too loud, close to so many lil restaurants, in the more social, small streets part of Central Madrid. It had everything we needed, including sponges to clean. Loved the Rituals shower gel and shampoo. Big bright windows, excellent air conditioning, sofa bed super comfortable. Lovely stay. The building itself is old and the lift is scarily but the apartment is incredible.

It took a while for us to to get the check in instructions, plus it was a issue with getting the lockers at our location, we had to go to the other location to store our luggage’s

Foi uma viagem de família, o bairro é ótimo, várias opções de comida e de fácil acesso pelo metrô. A acomodação é grande e nos atendeu muito bem. O processo de check in foi um pouco complicado, não há recepção no local e o e-mail com a explicação estava no spam, eu estava sem internet, então passamos um perrengue para conseguir entrar. No geral foi muito bom e recomendo.

El apartamento estuvo bien, el único inconveniente es el barrio en el que se encuentra, ya que el ambiente es de mucha fiesta y es muy ruidoso toda la noche.

Good location, Solid room, bit small but it does the job. Amenities were a bit limited but we planned accordingly.

I’ve been staying at slowsuites for 2 years whenever I visit Madrid. It’s a spectacular place to stay. Located very central and has everything on your doorstep. Can’t wait to head back again

I just wish they had a laundry on site

La propiedad es tal como aparece anunciada, todo muy limpio. Sin embargo, el check-in fue complicado porque estaba viajando antes de llegar a Madrid, y necesitaba Wi-Fi para completarlo y toda la comunicación es mediante un sistema automático/AI. El mayor problema fue que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba ni en el dormitorio ni en la sala, y no pude dormir por el calor. Intenté comunicarme varias veces, pero nadie respondió ni solucionó el problema y todo es por el website/robot y no personal.
