This property was perfect for our family of four's one night stay in Madrid. It was clean and had all of the essentials, including a washer and small kitchen. Access to the apartment was through an email so be aware that you need internet to get into the property. It was an easy safe place to walk around, and we enjoyed our stay.

Easy to access, but seems a little stressful waiting up to 3pm to receive your access codes.
Peeling wallpaper, and stained floorboards. The sofa bed in the lounge was very loud to sleep on and uncomfortable. Lots of noise from the street. Not a pleasant stay.
The location however, was excellent.

Struttura moderna e confortevole, in un quartiere vivila e con tutto a portata di mano. dotata di tutto quello che può servire, compresi detersivi per lavatrici e lavastoviglie. Li abbiamo contattati per il servizio locker e ci hanno risposto in modo esauriente e repentino. Assolutamente consigliato!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained, which made my stay very comfortable. The location was perfect — close to everything I needed and easy to get around. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

No laundry that I know of. Sofa had cigarettes burns and sofa bed potentially had bed bugs as kids woke up with welts on their face and hands.
Overall it was pretty clean, though I wouldn’t call it spotless.

Very good location, many cute shops and restos nearby and walkable to city center. Set in middle of LGBT area, the area was not that loud at night but there was a group of partyers living in a unit that partied till 5am and that was loud.
Host was fast to communicate but things we requested were only able to be delivered to us the next day. Also, there was no whatsapp to communicate and we communicated over email. We also felt the apartment was not very clean and one of us kept having eye allergies as soon as she steps in the apartment. Pictures def look a lot nicer/newer/cleaner than reality. Also had some wear down problems like water drips from upstairs. Also did not feel any AC. Also the pillows came as one long thin cushion pillow. We came as 6 girlfriends and the pillows were uncomfortable and hard to share between us.

Our place was wonderful! Logistics of planning payments and access were very smooth. It was very clean and serviceable, well stocked with the things we might need. The location was absolutely perfect for us. We did notice quite a lot of noise at night from outside, but that was absolutely to be expected given the area. I would stay in this exact unit again.

Muy buena opción , muy cerca de áreas comerciales, el departamento está en excelentes condiciones. Solo la zona es de fiesta y quienes duermen en el sofá cama si escuchan mucho ruido de afuera.
