La zona è eccellente. La struttura è abbastanza datata. La comunicazione è pessima . Al numero whatsapp per le emergenze risponde virtualmente. La comunicazione via mail non è immediata. Siamo rimasti 2 giorni senza il wi fee l ho comunicato via mail ma invece di intervenire subito per il ripristino mi hanno ringraziato per averli informati. Al nostro arrivo purtroppo ci siamo trovati nel pieno del blackout nazionale e naturalmente ci sono stati molti disagi per entrare nella struttura che poi si sono risolti con l arrivo dell host sul posto ( purtroppo verso le 15.45). Il giorno dopo è mancata l acqua tutta la mattinata ...insomma ci siamo firse trovati nelle giornate NO della spagna o della struttura..prima senza luce ..poi senza acqua e poi senza wi fee!!!!

The apartment gave us plenty of space and the location made everything walkable. The view out the bathroom-roof window was incredible at night. We made use of the washing machine and drying rack-- so convenient. Favorite restaurant was a pizzeria around the corner.

I booked for 4 singles for 3 nights, paid $1,155.51 was confirmed a Superior Apartment, 2 bedrooms, 4 twin beds & 1 Double sofa bed & 2 bathrooms for 3 days. We got 2 double bedrooms 1 bathroom, a sofa. There were 4 coffee capsules and one set of towels per person only. The room was not clean. The fridge has not been wiped out and 1 person slept on the floor.

Ubicación de 10, le falta mantenimiento, por ejemplo el aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido y el sofá cama era incómodo, las sábanas estaban quemadas…podría ser un lugar si arreglan esos detalles.

Clean, has a good location, walkable, very busy at night. The bed was really comfortable.

Tenía mal olor, como a cigarro

Zentrale Lage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichbar. Räumlichkeiten super. Geräusche von Nachbarn z.T. gut hörbar. Preis/ Leistung stimmt.

Es war winderbar

Fabulous location. Walked to dining and sites, including the Museums. Great neighborhood and room was wonderful ! Totally recommend.

Excelentemente bien ubicada propiedad a unos pasos de la gran vía, impecable departamento con todo lo necesario, solo considerar qje hay varios centros nocturnos a los alrededores lo que se traduce en ruido durante la noche y madrugada. Fuera de eso excelente !!!

Place was extremely clean. And I loved the view from the front windows. I felt completely safe in this neighborhood and it’s a short walk to popular destinations. The property management makes it easy to check in. My 19-yr-old loved the place. Apt 1D bedroom’s mattress was extremely firm and uncomfortable. We also used the fold out couch and there were no pillow cases for the extra pillows. You can hear EVERYTHING from all surrounding apartments, outside, and people walking up the steps if you are in the bedroom. If you are very religiously conservative, this may not be the little neighborhood for you. Overall, it had a bunch of positives, but just didn’t like the noise from other units and the uncomfortable bed.

Stayed here for our first European trip from the US, and let me tell you, we were blown away! You should never judge a book by its cover! Mainly the neighborhood was a bit intimidating at first, but the room was absolutely stunning! It was beautiful, and the balcony windows were super cute. Plus, you had a great views everything from your cozy spot. Plus you’re in a short walk for everything. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay for a good price. The only thing I can complain about was the elevator. It was super scary! I swear, I screamed a little as it went to the third floor, and it was so aggressive at stopping and rocking back and forth. I honestly thought the elevator was getting ready to fall. Then there was a long delay for the doors to open, and I almost had a heart attack. I didn’t ride the elevator again. When I left I just put my luggage in the elevator and sent it down and met it at the bottom. Ride at your own risk!!! But other than that, the place was amazing!

The property was in not so great conditions. A lot of humidity in many walls. The apartment also needed some paint. We try to use the ac and it was imposible. I try to talk to somebody to help us solve the matter and was imposible. All you could do is write to a number using WhatsApp that only gave you automatic responses, non of which solve our problem. There was no one to talk to

Pasé algunos días en el piso CHEUCA. Impossible dormir. Muchas fiestas en la calle y se escucha todo. Corte de agua sin avisar Internet no funciona bien. Buena ubicación

O apartamento é incrível!! Localizacao excelente, a 200 m da Gran Via. Dava pra ir às compras e voltar várias vezes. Muito confortável e limpo, tendo tudo o que precisávamos. Me senti em casa.
