Very good location, many cute shops and restos nearby and walkable to city center. Set in middle of LGBT area, the area was not that loud at night but there was a group of partyers living in a unit that partied till 5am and that was loud. Host was fast to communicate but things we requested were only able to be delivered to us the next day. Also, there was no whatsapp to communicate and we communicated over email. We also felt the apartment was not very clean and one of us kept having eye allergies as soon as she steps in the apartment. Pictures def look a lot nicer/newer/cleaner than reality. Also had some wear down problems like water drips from upstairs. Also did not feel any AC. Also the pillows came as one long thin cushion pillow. We came as 6 girlfriends and the pillows were uncomfortable and hard to share between us.

Bad experience. We used the code provided by the hotel but cannot work. We waited for more than 15 minutes outside the apartment building in heavy rain. We found some other guests also try their code but also failed. We called and called but no body answer and other guests also tried to use their ways to contact but no reponse. No reception on duty. Really bad experience. Not easy for some people to do the self check-in machine. The email didn't tell very clear so some guest also asked what room they should go.

Der Lift scheint sehr unruhig..wackelig..wir sind immer in den 4 Stock gelaufen. Ist auch mal stecken gebliben mir einem anderen Gast. Bettsofa sehr durchgelegen müsste man ersetzen

Locación inmejorable, muy cómoda, mucho espacio.

La suite estaba bastante grande, bien equipada y la atención virtual fue excelente.

Apartamento maravilhoso, ótima localização

Facilidade no acesso. Envio de código e entrada sem complicações. Destaque para o apartamento que ficamos (3C), espaçoso e com excelente estrutura. Tinha utensílios e boas roupas de cama. E máquina de lavar roupa e louça (e sabão disponível). A Localização muito boa, a poucos metros da Gran Via, com supermercado e restaurantes no entorno. O bairro é muito movimentado à noite, com baladas e da pra ouvir as vozes das pessoas na rua, mas para nós não foi problema.

The front door unlocked and opened by itself which led to us feeling incredibly unsafe during the night. We then had to book a different hotel for the second night.

El personal no fue atento, fueron groseros, forzosamente quería un segundo nombre de huésped. Usando por error pusimos que éramos dos cuando era solo uno, amenazaron con desalojarme y llamar a la policía si metía a alguien, el lugar sucio, sofá roto, ascensor mal, y por supuesto lo Sobresaliente fue el maltrato en el servicio, no hay atención a cliente es un chat automatizado todo mal, para JAMÁS volver, encima barato tampoco es. Una pesadilla.

Stor leilighet med mye plass. Vi hadde en to roms, med to bad og kjøkken og stue. Veldig fint for en familie på 4. Det var også en sovesofa i stuen, den brukte vi ikke. Den fremsto som av litt dårlig kvalitet, så det var like greit. Alt fungerte utmerket med innsjekk, kode kom på mail noen timer før og app for å åpne alle innvendige dører (rom og søppel fungerte bra). Leiligheten hadde det aller mest nødvendige, noe steder var det litt slitt, men ingenting av betydning. Plasseringen var utmerket, 5 min til Gan Via og shopping og metro, og flust av restauranter i nærområdet. Eneste minuset var støynivå. Vi var i andre etasje (1st floor) og både vinduer og vegger var svært dårlig isolert. Vi hørte støy fra de andre leilighetene, men dette var lite. Verst var støy fra gata, særlig i helga. Vi hadde nok noen utesteder i nærheten, så det var stadig høylytte folk på utsiden (som hørtes ut som de var inne på rommet). Jeg måtte kjøpe ørepropper, og selv med dem sleit jeg natt til lørdag. Mulig dette er bedre høyere opp i bygningen.

L'insonorisation de la chambre n'était pas idéale, la localisation est cependant satisfaisante.

Excelente ubicación. Apartamento limpio, bien equipado, bien equipado, incluso tenía café y azúcar disponible. Instrucciones muy claras. Nos encantó.

Apartamento limpo, espaçoso, utensílios básicos disponíveis. O sofá cama que não é muito confortável para 2 adultos dormirem. Estavam 2 crianças e reclamaram do conforto.
