Stayed here for our first European trip from the US, and let me tell you, we were blown away!
You should never judge a book by its cover! Mainly the neighborhood was a bit intimidating at first, but the room was absolutely stunning! It was beautiful, and the balcony windows were super cute. Plus, you had a great views everything from your cozy spot. Plus you’re in a short walk for everything. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay for a good price.
The only thing I can complain about was the elevator. It was super scary! I swear, I screamed a little as it went to the third floor, and it was so aggressive at stopping and rocking back and forth. I honestly thought the elevator was getting ready to fall. Then there was a long delay for the doors to open, and I almost had a heart attack. I didn’t ride the elevator again. When I left I just put my luggage in the elevator and sent it down and met it at the bottom. Ride at your own risk!!!
But other than that, the place was amazing!

Place was extremely clean. And I loved the view from the front windows. I felt completely safe in this neighborhood and it’s a short walk to popular destinations. The property management makes it easy to check in. My 19-yr-old loved the place.
Apt 1D bedroom’s mattress was extremely firm and uncomfortable. We also used the fold out couch and there were no pillow cases for the extra pillows.
You can hear EVERYTHING from all surrounding apartments, outside, and people walking up the steps if you are in the bedroom. If you are very religiously conservative, this may not be the little neighborhood for you.
Overall, it had a bunch of positives, but just didn’t like the noise from other units and the uncomfortable bed.

The property was in not so great conditions. A lot of humidity in many walls. The apartment also needed some paint. We try to use the ac and it was imposible. I try to talk to somebody to help us solve the matter and was imposible. All you could do is write to a number using WhatsApp that only gave you automatic responses, non of which solve our problem. There was no one to talk to

Loved the apartment! I booked the day before arrival so I was nervous about check-in but it was very easy to do using the whatsapp contact number. The apartment was exactly as pictured. The only complaint is that the shower pressure was extremely low so it was hard to wash long hair. But I would definitely book another stay with Slow Suites. I enjoyed the spatiousness of the piso and the location was perfect for walking all around Madrid.

The apartment is very well located, clean, with many amenities and the communication is excellent. They also have a virtual assistant that works very well. The only uncomfortable point is the noise outside, it is a neighborhood of bars and you can hear people until very late in the morning.

The location of the apartment is incredible. Also the size of the flat and the interior is pretty cool.
What I loved very much was the dishwasher and washing machine.
Some negative points:
- You can hear the neighbors talking through the walls
- Water Stains on the walls in the bedroom area
-Fungus in the bathroom by the window. Didn’t touch it.
- Floors looked clean, but were very dirty.
- Bed looks nice, but it’s not very comfortable to sleep in
- The door is very thin and easily to break in. I was really not feeling save in the flat. You should put a lock on the inside of the door.

It's really nice and spacious apartment in central Madrid. Very close to shopping area (Gran Via) and also local Mercado San Anton.
The entire stay was great, apartment is equipped with smart TV and full kitchen. Check in/out is also easy.
The only downside and making this place earned 4 out of 5 stars only is the sofabed. It is probably old, and when you unfold the mattress, it sags or has a noticeable dent, making it uneven and uncomfortable to sleep on.
