Rooms were clean and comfortable with a spacious bathroom. Dining buffets were diverse and the staff were excellent and hospitable. Beach acces was spectacular. The pool was good but a little to shallow for me. The one thing put me a little off was that they provide driver accommodation but the driver accommodation was poor at best. My driver reported the A/C had been removed and the fans were sub par that they had to put buckets of cool water to keep the room cool enough to sleep. In the heat of Sri Lanka, I would not have put my driver in such accommodation.

Service level is so so -- there was a poisonous chemical leakage in one of our rooms that disturbed us a lot. While the second day when we asked for a two-hours late check out, the front desk refused. Also, the front desk lied when we requested for king bed by saying there was no kind bed. However, during the chemical leakage that they had to change room for us, they gave us a king bed! Don't go there during December! It's the worst season at Trico and the sea is too rough to swim.

必须要去crab吃饭，太好吃了，螃蟹简直美味的让人想哭。我们住在面海的连排，位置一流，出门就是海景。酒店早餐味道也不错。服务一流。我太喜欢这里了。亭可马里太美了。卫生间要是铺砖就更好了。。。现在看起来是毛坯啊。沙滩也很棒，就是沙滩没有人帮忙放垫子拿毛巾，有点不足。

We stayed for one night. We never used the restaurant but there were great options a short walk from the hotel. The hotel itself was very safe and secure and clean. Our only complaint was that we had no hot water in our shower

Giving an average rating. Booked last minute and paid way over market value. Wouldn’t pay more than US$150 per night including breakfast.

Located on beautiful white sandy beaches and nice gardens. Hotel is vwry open so that means constant insects, who are more annoying than anything else.
There is no air conditioning in any of the public places. At least one venue needs to be air conditioned, the weather was extremely hot and earing outdoors was very uncomfortable.
The hotel also needs some night time atmosphere like music, band etc. All. Ery quite and dull.
Hotel in time will need modernising, starting to get dated.
Overall good location and hotel for 4 star.

Struttura molto bella direttamente sul mare. Bella spiaggia ma non attrezzata. È invece attrezzatissimo l’ampio prato fra le due piscine ombreggiato da bellissime palme. Camere ampie e pulite. Personale straordinariamente gentile, disponibile, sorridente e con una carica di allegria che mette buon umore. Da provare !

Its very disappointing to see a hotel with such a small lobby. It was difficult to find a place to relax in the evenings outside the restaurant. This is run by a big group now for more rhan quarter century, they also charge high rates. We are guests and not cattle
