I must say reading some reviews I was apprehensive about this hotel however all that went away the minute we stepped in. FYI they charge 100 CHF a day deposit which you get back end of your stay and they take this immediately at check in. You also get charged city tax around 25CHF at the end of your trip. The hotel staff and location are amazing. The staff are so good they helped me out with everything I asked and our room was spotless. The location is fantastic just mins away from the station and central to restaurants and shopping centres. Yes there is noise at night from people partying but theres a rooftop bar above you and bars outside too so why are people surprised by this lol. We had that one night until 1am but it was expected and that's fine. Overall great hotel lovely staff fantastic location and I can definitely say I will 100% return to this hotel again. Thank you Hotel Astoria!!❤️

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible! The location is truly unbeatable—right in the heart of Lucerne, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The staff was unbelievably sweet and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, even helping us coordinate public transportation.
The cleanliness was exceptional, and the breakfast far exceeded our expectations with a variety of delicious options. One of the highlights was the stunning rooftop bar—breathtaking views and the perfect place to unwind.
A special shoutout to Tommy! He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about creating a great experience for us. He went above and beyond in every way.
We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! 🌟🇨🇭✨

飯店很環保沒有給拖鞋和備品，都需要自行準備。瓶裝水2瓶，一瓶一般水一瓶氣泡水，只有第一晚check in時才會給，若要多喝水的話，琉森的水可以直接裝來喝，有附熱水瓶將水燒開。早餐每天的食材都相同，完全沒有任何變化。地點位於琉森火車站附近，會經過麥當勞、星巴克，附近也有很多餐廳或者麵包店，如果對於飲食變化有需求，不一定要加購早餐。用早餐的地方竟然有分成兩個，不知道是不是差別待遇的關係，但我依然有看到外國人和我們在同個地方用餐。枕套被子不親膚有點粗糙，乾淨度有待加強，我在第一天入住時臉便起了疹子，如果容易過敏的人需要考慮後再入住。有空調，浴室很小，服務人員態度很親切。如果在意地點，那這間會是方便不錯的選擇。大致上還算ok。

Very uncomfortable stay, the room is not clean.
I have requested a room NOT at the end of the corridor 2 weeks before my stay. But then the staff gave me a room at the end of the corridor. It took me 20 mins to be changed to another room.
The room is not clean. Lighting is not enough. The bed sheets are humid. I found dirt on the bed, and the curtain at the toilets.
A bad experience.

The location is good, walk 8mins to train station. But no coffee machine or even kettle in the room. You can just buy drinking water or hot water from the machine outside the room. It was not worth for 200euro per night. Except these, everything was good in this hotel.
地點雖然離火車站近，但因為樓止樓下都有營業到凌晨3:30的酒店，所以有時候音量會打擾你的睡眠。房間內也沒有咖啡機或燒水壺提供，打電話問過前台只能付費在房間外的機器購買，一杯熱水要1Chf，如果你要泡面起碼要花2-3Chf。 早餐不錯。 另外，要記得歐洲大部分酒店都不會提供牙刷和拖鞋。

It would be perfect if there is a fridge in the room. The bad side is the hotel does housekeeping from 8:30am everyday, so if you are sleeping in remember to put a 'do not disturb' sign at the door, but it does not prevent if the staff are doing housekeeping in the room above your room. You'd be waken by the sound of moving furniture.

飯店樓下是夜店，週末晚上比較吵，在房間都聽得到。飯店裡停車一晚要35法朗，而且每次進去停車都要下車按鈴，飯店人員才會開門讓你進去停車。離車站不遠，若沒開車也很方便。去附近一些景點不算遠。

the location of the hotel is good, just 2 bus stations away from the old town. but my room is on the main street side so even with windows closed it is still a little bit noisy. the room is not so clean as I expected to a 4 stars hotel. Breakfast was really good. So overall I will give 5/10.

good location nearing Lucern railway station, BUS 10, 12 one stop only, the hotel can be walk 5 minutes from right side of railway station, Easily to find. the room sapce smaller may be related to my extrabed transform form preious sofa.
Ice cube machine located in thezero floor a small benefit. The breakfast located on first floor restaurant with many different kinds of food supplied in the morning time. A very delicious meal. The staff in registration with good manner and well trained. The hotel with air condition was a good news in hot summer time.
