Happy. Good location .

Everything was decent except for the fact that the noise isolation was very terrible. It's right next to the primary road so you can clearly hear the hyper at Friday night last until almost sun rise, then, it came after the city services like city-cleaning and the trams which can literally keep you up till the next day. One last thing is we can clearly hear the noises from the preparation of the house-keeping at around 6-7 am.

La habitación muy limpia y lo más importante fue la atención de Raffaele y Hugo en la recepción cuando solicitamos un taxi. Nos acompañaron en la madrugada al lugar donde el taxi nos esperaba

En general bien un dia no me hicieron la limpieza de la hab la dejaron a medias y se olvidaron sin toallas y con la funda de basura en la entrada. Lo malo del hotel es que no tiene telefono para llamar a la recepcion y te toca subir al ultimo piso a pedir las cosas

Na tinha minibar no quarto. Ficamos sem água pra beber. Smal blanket

Very eclectic hotel nestled in a very high end shopping area of Geneva. Self check-in was great, bar/lounge area very hip and the room is very clean

Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend. Nice coffee shops nearby an we took the little boat over to the other side of the lake for the Christmas markets.

We enjoyed 3 nights at this hotel. Overall our stay was excellent. The hotel is very clean, modern & well located being a 15 minute walk from the main train station. This was convenient for us as we did 2 day trips by train to Annecy & Montreux. Our room was very comfortable & surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was very good - no hot options but a good variety of cereals/muesli/granola, toppings, meats, cheeses, yoghurt, breads etc. There are also tea/coffee stations on each floor which is a nice idea but unfortunately the hot water just isn't hot enough. The hotel e trance is located within a sjopping centre

Yes the room was spotless. Had a noise issue with the room next to us. Went to reception and the gentleman came down to our room. Went next door and resolved the issue courteously and politely and efficiently. Bravo young man! You made the difference between an average rating to an excellent one.
