Broken hotel waste money staffs not friendly Shower and bathtub water very slow

員工態度非常差，好像不耐煩的樣子，酒店沒有升降機，又多樓梯，帶大型行李不方便！沖涼熱水有時會突然沒有，有時會突然很大，而且會很熱的，有幾次燙到了！早餐要420THB 一個人，好貴的！款式小，味道差，酒店後的沙灘非常污濁，有很多垃圾！

This hotel is located at the Chewang beach and is surrounded by restaurants as well as different kinds of shops. It is only around 20 minutes walk to the Central Festival shopping arcade and we did not need to take taxi for our entire stay. The beach is okay and it is to my surprise that we can play stand-up paddling there. It is not really good for swimming though as the water is not clear. Had dinner at the Dara Serene Restaurant on the beach and it was nice! To be honest, the food is just so-so but the environment compensated everything. One thing that I was upset about is the construction site just next to my room. It was really noisy and disturbing. The breakfast is okay. Not many varieties but it is fine. They even provided detox juice at the breakfast! Unsure if it works though... I like the fact that there are convenience stores everywhere in the area. You can even buy some small souvenirs there which is really nice! Shopping on the street is a challenge as they don't list out the price and you have to bargain a lot! I would rather buy in proper shops to avoid all the bargaining which is really annoying. Seafood is nice and the fresh coconut is great! We had one a day and I still miss it.

Great location, high value/price ratio, welcoming staff and okay facilities. I booked a dinner at the hotel's beach but won't do it again if u ask me. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

位置方便 , 雖然海鮮唔太新鮮但海灘晚餐有特色 ,早餐 種類選擇多 , 很豐富 。 但泳池較細 , 海灘多垃圾 ! 酒店房間蚊很多 ! 問酒店會否有驅蚊油或電蚊香用品提供 , 但回應叫我自己買 ! 真的覺得未有五星酒店的服務 ! 世界衛生局都呼籲要小心蚊患 , 慎防登革熱 , 希望在這面改善 , 提供電蚊香等用品 !

价位摆在那里了，住的是泳池独栋，很安静，出门就是海滩，再往AKRbar那边走的海滩就可以浮潜看到小鱼，强烈推荐。

酒店在查汶大街的最北端，出门有海滩，很方便，服务一般，我们2点check in的时候都要我们等，早餐数量有点少而且早餐餐厅很小，其他还不错！

很不爽的一个问题：酒店自助餐，就因为我家四口吃饭，服务员把准备上台表演跳舞的给取消了，而且我们看见了她们马上就上台的！！！

酒店总体占地面积不大，房间比较宽敞，布置很泰风，早餐半自助，品种不太多，综合评价不错，以后还会选择。总体来说是一个值得推荐的酒店，物有所值

Not bad

Beautiful traditionally designed Thai resort. Our room was clean and spacious and the bathroom even included a bath. We were on level 2 and didn't hear any night noise, however my sister was one floor above and said they could hear music most of the night so I recommend requesting a lower level room. The staff here go the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need and more. Massive shout out to Jackson, Jeep and Kevin who worked so hard to make sure we were well looked after and enjoying our stay. Reception staff would benefit from some training in what to recommend when a guest asks what places and things are good to do on the island. We had dinner on the beach here on our last day and the food was great and it was a lovely set up where we could put our feed in the sand. The beach out front of the resort wasn't the best for swimming while we were there but that could have been the time of year? It's a nice safe lagoon and if it was a little deeper it would have been perfect. The resort pool is perfect though and they even let you drink and eat from the pool. Breakfast had all the options you could want, from fruit, to Thai food to an egg station. Highly recommend staying here, we had a great, comfortable and fun stay!

The staff were very helpful and always smiling. The atmosphere for dinner on the beach was fantastic. The water was too shallow for swimming, but you could wade and play in the water. The hotel was located in a relatively quiet part of the beach, perfect for relaxation. The appliances and TV were all new. Unfortunately, the towels in the room were a bit old.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff which is ideally located on Chaweng Beach

Air conditioning in the guest rooms is great, but this is the only place in the resort that has AC. Room could be cleaner, there was dust all over the room at check-in and tiny ants everywhere. We stayed for 9 nights and on 2 days consecutively the bath was not cleaned even though it was visibly dirty (from sand and use). I also expected from a 4 star hotel to have the plumbing sorted to enable toilet paper to be flushed like most visitors would be accustomed to. I understand this is an issue across Samui but other third world countries have this worked out. Breakfast was satisfactory. Hot food is kept hot and cold food (salad, fruit etc) is kept in an airconditioned room however, other food such as pastries and cakes are sitting at room temperature and exposed to flies. The egg station (cooked to order) was great however, again some foods such as chicken skewers and waffles were exposed to the elements. Found that pool bar staff were not overly attentive. They were ok if you went up to the bar to order a meal or drink - they would deliver to where you are sitting however, they did not approach guests on sunloungers to take any orders and barely cleared empty bottles, glasses until you had vacated. Probably wouldn't recommend staying here for anyone who has an issue with using a lot of stairs.

Where do I start? From check-in to check-out this resort did not disappoint! Front desk staff and pool bar staff deserve a raise!!!! My wife and I were upgraded rooms for our 4 night stay…. and WOW! everything was perfect. Clean, spacious and luxurious. Staff were astonishing - Very accommodating whether it was booking a tour/motor bike to service at meals or pool sides drinks! This resort is central with lots of options on Chaweng Beach for night life. Beach is clean, swallow and swim-able . After walking the beach I would not book anything North of this resort if you like swimming in the Ocean ! There were lots of pool/ beach chairs - No need to reserve. We will definitely be back, loved our vacation!!!

The hotel really needs an elevator or two. Also, the top floor walkway is cutoff halfway to the farthest rooms - the gap should be eliminated.
