Kakitangan di sini sangat baik, kereta datang ke tempat letak kereta di hadapan sekolah, iaitu, ada pekerja untuk mengambil barang, menyambut mereka di lobi. Walaupun terdapat sedikit orang di sekitar tempoh COVID, banyak tempat di sekitarnya ditutup. Sekolah juga menjaganya dengan baik. Saya suka suasana di pantai, kawasan sekolah mempunyai tempat duduk untuk menikmati pemandangan. Terdapat tempat untuk mengambil gambar yang indah, bilik yang bersih, kemudahannya baik-baik saja, terkesan. Peluang seterusnya mungkin baru, terima kasih ^^

Dara Samui is a wonderful small resort with amazing staff. The rooms are super spacious and wonderfully decorated with a thai and modern mix. The downside is that the beach in front of the hotel totally disappears during high water days making it impossible to hang on the beach. This is not the case for the entire beach so you will have to go via the road in front of the hotel to another part of the beach. Honestly nothing negative to say about the hotel itself, but rather about Chaweng being a very busy place with lots of drunk British people..

Few issues with AC, shower plumbing and wifi, musty smell in the room, old mattress. Really nice breakfast buffet and in-room service. Good access to the beach, although you cannot stay very late as the space is used each evening as a beachside restaurant. Courteous and helpful staff.

Excellent staff but the facilities at the hotel are very poor. Rooms are dated and tired. Beach non exsistent - the hotel decided to carry out pool maintenence for 2 days. Guests therefore had no beach due to high tide or pool. Poor timing. This is unacceptable and pool maintanence should have been better managed by the hotel. We were assured of a vegan menu prior to booking - that too non exsistent. Guess they promise you the world during booking!! Please stay away if you work hard for your money and have expectations from your holiday.

Our stay was excellent! The staff were absolutely amazing, so kind and helpful. The hotel was also perfect, we had welcome drinks on our first night, the dinners on the beach were lovely (slightly expensive, but you expect that), you can borrow things like paddle boards for free from the hotel. Breakfast was also very good with a wide selection of food and an egg bar which made pretty much anything you wanted with eggs. Location was also perfect, at the edge of Chaweng, just a small walk on the beach to all the beach clubs and bars. Would recommend and shall definitely come back.

Pros: Amazing staff - polite and professional. Fantastic restaurant and bar snacks. In a great area in terms of shops and restaurants. Cons: The beach at the rear of the property is not great for swimming - shallow and slimy sand. Very noisy at nightime from the local nightclubs. Room was in need of renovating. Garden view is actually a view over an abandoned area with rubbish. This is one of the hotels in Koh Samui with an old sewage system so you can't put toilet paper in the toilet. Room was a bit stinky. Our room was always one of the last to be cleaned so we had to wait every day for it to be cleaned once we'd finished on the beach.

We loved how beautiful this hotel was, full of character whilst also super clean, comfortable bed, brilliant location (right on the beach). The breakfast was great, they put on an amazing spread every day. Super friendly staff. We had a power cut on our last night and they made sure we had a bright lamp in our room until it came back on. Couldn’t recommend more! The hotel was right off the street but the rooms are so quiet. It was perfect.
