Wonderful Hotel, wonderful staff, wonderful stay!!!

Bad experience especially the poor mattress

每次搭酒店的車往返套房都好快有車, 職員態度非常好, 設施和食物種類都很多, 每天有不同時段BOOK 洞動, 最驚喜是可以望海、聽雀仔聲享受WELCOME DRINK和TEA SET

向海房間風景極美！浴室環境寬敞，浴缸乾淨，備有浴鹽，更有木架可於浸浴時放飲品！員工服務態度極好，非常友善！

The view from the hotel and the beach were just perfect. It was a pleasant stay overall. But communication with staff was sometimes difficult as most staff at the hotel are not good at English; it took us too much time just to communicate our needs. And since the hotel is at a very secluded location, transport to the center is not very convenient, and the taxis from the hotel feel like a rip-off, especially when one of the drivers charged us more and rushed us to our next destination before communicating properly about it.

We had wonderful trip staying in Family room. The room is clean and comfortable with very friendly hotel staff. There are two infinity pool which you can spend all day long. If i had to pick on something will be the transportation, its an hour from airport and hotel transportation is expensive. I recommend driving yourself as you will need to get out of hotel for food/massage and etc. Also hotel is built on the mountain therefore only stairs are available to the rooms, no escalator. It's something to consider if travelling with elderly. After all we had wonderful family trip and will definitely come again.

the hotel is very good particular the sea view and services, but the location is a bit far. Overall, I enjoyed staying at that hotel.

Although the location is a little far from the center point, the view is amazing, and all the traveling time worths it!

A great resort for a relaxing stay. For a 3 night stay, we haven't gone out at all, cos' there are sufficient for us to spend time with - the beach, the pool, the two restaurants, and the spa. But I think that's the maximum time we can stay here, otherwise will be bored, and going out is quite inconvenient. Transportation to the airport is not ideal. The hotel car to the airport cost 2000 baht isn't any better than the car we had taken from the airport which cost 1200 baht. Understand that anything from the hotel will cost more but disappointed that the service isn't up to standard, it's 15mins later than the time we booked, luckily we've reserved enough time in advance of flight departure.

We have stayed in this hotel whenever we have our yearly trip to Koh Samui since 2012 , overall we are satisfied with this hotel but we have encountered some bad experiences when we have a 1-night stay this time. Upon our arrival date, the front desk told us that as there was a wedding party that night, it may be noisy until 2am if we stayed in our "already booked" room (with bath tub) and recommended us to change to another room. We have no alternative but to accept it. However, when we arrived the new arranged room, we found that there was rubbish at the minibar and finally knew that the room has not yet been cleaned up. As the re-arranged room do not have any bath tub, we asked if we can pay more and change to a better room, but the staff apologized and explained to us politely that the hotel was quite full that night and they have tried their best to choose this room for us. We have a bit disappointed as we believed that we have overpaid for this re-arranged room. Another annoying thing happened at the Air Bar, after we have a seat, the waitress asked if we are the club member, we said yes. Then she asked for our room number. Afterwards, she gave us a drink menu without any price list on it. We have ordered two drinks and they billed us finally. Why gave us a menu with limited choices and without price list if we have to pay? Hope that we will have a more pleasant experience next time! :)

Perfect service, perfect view and perfect food.

Room was beautiful and spacious. Loved the bathroom, the rainshower was great, double sinks made getting around an ease. The lighted mirror was helpful. Great amentities, the twice a day cleaning ensured you never needed anything The view was absolutely amazing. The pillows and bed were incredibly comfortable. Staff were very accommodating.

When we arrived at the resort after a long taxi ride, we received a fantastic welcome from the staff. Martin (the Guest Manager) quickly seated us at a table in the lounge, where we were served a refreshing drink and cold towels. He took care of the entire check-in process there and explained how everything works at the resort. While we were waiting for our room to be ready—we arrived well before check-in—we were served afternoon tea. The rooms at this resort offer a spectacular view, as it is built along a mountainside overlooking the ocean. We were completely overwhelmed. The staff at this resort are absolutely wonderful. Everyone makes sure you have everything you need and is always happy to stop for a friendly chat, which makes the experience feel very personal. They remember what we usually order and ask the next time if we would like to have the same again. Examples of staff groups we interacted with include the lounge, breakfast, reception, traffic control, housekeeping, gardening, transport/shuttle, restaurant, and bar staff. Every single one of them is outstanding.

The hotel was absolutely magnificent with an incredible view. The staff were fantastic, especially at the pool bar with Mr. Kong, who is always very efficient and friendly, as well as Mrs. Katie from the Flame restaurant.

10/10 you can't fault anything in this resort. The staff is absolutely great and so courteous, especially Tangmo, she went above and beyond to make sure my stay was above satisfactory. I had the Best time at this resort. Everything is so beautiful ❤️❤️❤️

It was a wonderful stay for my husband's bday. Everyone was very nice and helpful.
