Everything is good, staffs are very nice and helpful. Good english. Love this place and hope to visit again in better season. It’s quite bad weather in September.

We would like to thank you Por from Miss Olive Oyl who served us on the Lobster night. She is vey helpful, caring and smart with exceptional communication skill. Our Steak was a bit overcooked and she helped us to communicate with the chef and arrange a new one. Excellent service! When we left the restaurant, we saw a giant flying cockroach in the corridor. Thus, we were like running back and forth. And Por noticed that via the window of the restaurant I guess. She immediately came out and asked if there’s anything she could assist. Finally, she got someone to clear that out. A staff like Por should receive compliment from the hotel. She is definitely one of the best staff here.

泳池很漂亮，行幾步就到沙灘而且很乾淨。一日有四班免費 Shuttle Bus 去市中心。此酒店跟其他六間酒店是同一個集團。所以可以去其他洒店吃東西及享用其設施因為它們有免費自己既碼頭提供住客使用。

相對比Laguna 區附近嘅大型酒店,這一間算新穎，食物水準高，酒店職員也很貼心. 超近海灘及大湖. 唯一不足是酒店裏只有一架升降機及老化，甚至乎停止服務， 住高層要注意！客房清潔服務一般，經常更換少毛巾及冲涼用品

The room is very cozy and clean. But there are two things needs improvement: 1. The room is so dark! Lights are not enough in the room and in the bathroom. I can’t even put makeup on as i really dont know how my skin tones like after i put my makeup on. It is quite unacceptable in these days while the LED light are so cheap, energy saving and adjustable. 2. Why there is no place or equipment for hanging wet clothes, esp for swimsuit? As a resort hotel, you know the clothes customer wear all the time are the swimsuits?

從機場前往酒店大概20-30分鐘，一進酒店就有熱情的員工為你開車門，拿行李到房間。歡迎禮物花圈很特別，很美麗。 Check in時，經理很詳細介紹酒店及附近的配套。很感謝Expedia ,我們這次的住宿被升級成海景房間，房間距離跟海邊連住的游泳及沙灘也很近。 我們很寫意地過了一個悠閑的下午，在游泳池邊的酒吧喝了杯及食fish and chip 。晚上在另一間餐廳(Icon) Happy Hour。 第二朝的早餐也在Icon進食，款式很多，味道也好。在半露天的座位下進餐，有很多小鳥相伴。

員工總是有禮貌又一直微笑，保安亦嚴密，酒店的迎賓禮物很漂亮和酒店活動都很有趣，還為我準備了生日驚喜，一流！環境很寧靜舒適，鄰近海灘，可以看到美麗夕陽！

Environment is excellent. Service is warm and efficient. But the WiFi service is not working well. It always disconnected. Amenities is not enough. Overall is good.

Staff very friendly and helpful, room is spacious and very clean! Love the sea view in the morning, sound of waves is my natural alarm clock, it was wonderful. For food, Metzo is quite overrated. Locavore tastes better comparatively, but only recommend the a la carte dishes, for buffet at Locavore is just fair. Transportation to all other area like Phuket Old Town and Pa Tong are remote and costly too, luckily there is Family Mart inside the resort community to shop food :D and if you don't like busy crowded city life like me, then it's ok. Love the travel agency lady on the ground floor too, she helped me arrange boat tours to complete my trip, highly recommend the Racha Island day tour. If you looking for street food, pubs and night market, Laguna is not your type; but if you enjoy a private beach, spa, quality restaurant and a little escape from the city life, then go for it !!!

酒店環境及服務都一流，其中入住第2晚因冷氣漏水，翌日早上跟職員聯絡，馬上替我調換房間，替換後還不斷跟進滿意度，感覺很關心住客，很親切，下次一定再來。

分配的房间离沙滩和泳池特别遥远，没有服务人员做引导和介绍，小朋友需要收费900，有点太贵不值，关键是我定的房间是能住四个人的，而且这个网站比别的贵几百，介绍写的小朋友的餐费是半价，结果还是一样，而且房间一样，都是特别偏远
