環境還不錯。服務人員都非常的盡心盡力。房間乾淨只是床舖有點舊了

設施殘舊，廁所淤塞，房間設施差劣，毛巾又欠拖鞋又欠總之樣樣都差！ 早餐更加不知所謂，垃圾酒店！除左環境位置好， 無一可取！建議不要來這間酒店。

該飯店位置極佳可欣賞海景，房間獨立幽靜，服務週到。

We enjoy to stay in this hotel for 3 nights, the room was really spacious and the beds were comfortable. As the hotel was exactly on the West Railay Beach, we can enjoy the wonderful views and beach any time easily. There is a walking street next to the hotel, the restaurants here were better than those at East Railay Beach. However, the shower water pressure was not stable. Wifi was OK.

Chambre vieillotte salle de bain ou tout tombe en lambeaux !!!!! Aucun transats disponible sauf si on se lève à 6 h !!! Bref hôtel très populaire.

Everything spot on

We had to change room the first time cause it was too loud. Second one was perfect. Not enough security on the resort, everybody can enter in and out from the resort no matter if their guest or not cause the security guards can’t look everywhere.there’s a café Amazon right next to the resort and everybody’s going there from our nine coming from boat and there’s a free access to our resort when you are in the café Amazon so the pool number one right next to the beach get crowded from guest and non-guests.smoking with the big issue they allowed smoking everywhere even in the restaurant.the food smells so good and is so good, but unfortunately, we can’t smell it because of the smoke of a cigarette they should reserve a special spot for people who wants to smoke while eating and let the non-smokers eat and smell their food without smoke, but other than that stuff was so nice so smiley eevery morning great area great place to stay location was perfect. Last thing about the boats who are going to 009 you’re gonna be scam after 6 PM be careful if you need to take a boat after 6 PM to come back to your hotel, you’ll be scam from our nine. You should pay 150 Bath not more than.

Très bel établissement à Railay Beach, chambre parfaite dans un cadre verdoyant. Option transfert depuis Krabi airport très efficace et dépaysant. Bon petit-déjeuner sur la plage avec un décors somptueux. Dommage que ce cadre exceptionnel soit terriblement gâché au fil de la journée par le stationnement anarchique des bateaux sur la plage. Tout aussi dommage que les alcools (bière, apéro, etc…) ne soient pas proposés au restaurant.

Værelset var virkelig lækkert og flot, men desværre var afløbet helt stoppet, hvilket trak lidt ned på oplevelsen. Personalet var meget venlige, smilende og hilste altid pænt, hvilket gav en god stemning på hotellet. Faciliteterne var flotte og indbydende, men desværre var der stort set altid fyldt ved alle pools. Mange gæster reserverede liggestole med håndklæder tidligt om morgenen, og selvom der var skiltning om, at håndklæder ville blive fjernet efter en time, blev dette ikke håndhævet i praksis. Det gjorde det svært at finde en plads ved poolområderne. Samlet set et skønt hotel med gode faciliteter og serviceminded personale, men med plads til forbedring når det gælder vedligeholdelse og håndtering af liggestols-reservationer.

Curtains are thin, room was never dark at night due to pathway lights. Restaurant staff were unorganized and got orders incorrect. Cleaning staff and bell hops were very friendly and helpful. Pool area is nice but put your towels out before 9 am to save a chair.

Det mesta var toppen, dock var det dålig belysning i rummet. Trevlig personal, vacker trädgård med blommor och vilda djur. God fukost vid stranden.

Tolle Location, freundliches Personal, ausreichend Schatten, aber leider viel zu wenig Liegen. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Klima leise, lediglich die Armaturen funktionierten nicht mehr einwandfrei. Schöner Frühstücksaal, jedoch grausiger Kaffee, aber ausreichend Auswahl für jeden Geschmack. Der Strand war leider von Tagestouristen überfüllt und kein Schatten. Die Walking Street war aber swhr nett, speziell am Abend, wenn nur mehr die Hotelgäste in Railay Beach waren.

A lot of walking, pier seemed like it was a mile long. Distance between accommodation and the sea, is a good walk. Poor communication with English. Not very honest guest, they will try to steal anything they can.

The rooms were clean and they put the 5 of us in adjoining rooms which was perfect. Staff were very friendly and helpful and facilities were great. Stunning views from the restaurant on Hat Railay. Private balconies were wonderful, loved watching the monkeys

Huone oli hyvä, samoin hotellialue kokonaisuudessaan ja hotellin sijainti. Ainoa asia on, että hotellin pitäisi noudattaa heidän sääntöään ranta- ja allastuolien varaamisen suhteen. Kaikki tuolit ovat aamusta saakka varattuja, mutta koko päivän aikana 50% tuoleista istuu ihmisiä. Heittäkää pyyhkeet pois, jos tuoleissa ei ole ollut tunnin aikana ihmisiä.
