Free upgrade and low costs were good points about this hotel.

Covienent, nice bathroom, comfortable and secure

No one was available to open the front door, so I never even got to stay and ended up sleeping the car. The check-in limit online was midnight. Arrived a little after 10pm to find the doors locked and the lights off except for a storage room. Pounded on front door and no one answered. The phone numbers provided on the door do not connect from international telephones. Sent message through hotels.com and no one replied. It is the following morning now, and still haven't heard from anyone. The room was booked early in the afternoon, so there should be enough notice that I was coming. They sent an auto-generated message and I replied to it. Perhaps adjust the check-in limits on-line or give instructions on what to do for later check-ins so people know in advance. Not sense in driving 4 hrs from Canberra to sleep on the side of the road.

I have had a lovely stay at Bay and Basin Hotel. The room was cosy and warm with facilities to heat a meal or make a cup of tea or coffee. At night, after a lovely hot shower, I snuggled into bed and watched the large screen tv and it was so quiet outside. I felt very secure but close to everything. Thanks for the lovely break Bay and Basin Hotel 😊I’ll be back.

Stay here multiple times when in the area for work. Great location.

My daughters and I had an excellent stay. The staff were very helpful with information and the room was great.

Even though i only talked with the staff on phone, she was very friendly and welcoming. Me and my family had a great experience and slept comfortably. One of the reason of our trip is to see kangaroos and we are so lucky to see them just around the hotel.

Room was extremely comfortable and check in for myself was after hours and I think the lady’s name was Maureen but she was so helpful and wonderfully polite.

Comfortable accommodation for the price. Could do with better lighting and the king size bed had two mattresses together but they were different mattresses and were a different height unfortunately.

Close to the country club and in a convenient area with the local customer base i have in the area.

We always have a pleasant stay at Bay and Basin in Sanctuary Point. The staff are super nice and helpful. Beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious. Super chuffed that we also got a room upgrade. Would definitely recommend this motel!

Check in was a phone call and vocal instructions on how to access the property and room never saw a staff member or person and so any problems couldn't be relayed and was a bit painful waiting till after 2 pm before you could even call the owner or manager.

Great position with country club across the road with excellent meals clean and comfortable - great for our 1 night stay - bed was comfortable and shower was good too Good food at the local coffee shop
