Stayed at the property for one night. The place was clean, and exactly as described in the listing. The stay was also comfortable and hassle free.

It’s a good budget accomodation with a great location close to all the main attractions in Shoalhaven region. The check-in process is really cumbersome and it’s all remote check-in. The rooms felt a bit smelly too. There’s not much amenities within this motel. Chose this once it you’re in a tight budget and is looking for a good location nearby Jervis Bay.

Room without a window feels like a prison not a hotel room

Nice n relaxing 3 night stay. Room was very spacious, king bed was comfy. Fridge was big enough to store stuff for my 3 night stay. Bathroom has big vanity handy for our toiletries. And very happy that floor did not get overly wet after each shower. Good to hv eateries within walking distance for dinner. All in all very happy with our short break at Sanctuary Point.

We loved the stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Location was good, easy 10-15 min drive to Hyams and Huskisson and 30 min into Nowra. We walked the trail by the bay in the morning and enjoyed spotting kangaroos in the area in the evening. We traveled with our dog and paid extra for this which is understandable as the room had carpet.

Covienent, nice bathroom, comfortable and secure

No one was available to open the front door, so I never even got to stay and ended up sleeping the car. The check-in limit online was midnight. Arrived a little after 10pm to find the doors locked and the lights off except for a storage room. Pounded on front door and no one answered. The phone numbers provided on the door do not connect from international telephones. Sent message through hotels.com and no one replied. It is the following morning now, and still haven't heard from anyone. The room was booked early in the afternoon, so there should be enough notice that I was coming. They sent an auto-generated message and I replied to it. Perhaps adjust the check-in limits on-line or give instructions on what to do for later check-ins so people know in advance. Not sense in driving 4 hrs from Canberra to sleep on the side of the road.

I have had a lovely stay at Bay and Basin Hotel. The room was cosy and warm with facilities to heat a meal or make a cup of tea or coffee. At night, after a lovely hot shower, I snuggled into bed and watched the large screen tv and it was so quiet outside. I felt very secure but close to everything. Thanks for the lovely break Bay and Basin Hotel 😊I’ll be back.

Great stop to explore area except for the weather. Good additions in the room like dishes, cutlery wasing up equipment. Fairly priced for area

My daughters and I had an excellent stay. The staff were very helpful with information and the room was great.

Even though i only talked with the staff on phone, she was very friendly and welcoming. Me and my family had a great experience and slept comfortably. One of the reason of our trip is to see kangaroos and we are so lucky to see them just around the hotel.

Room was extremely comfortable and check in for myself was after hours and I think the lady’s name was Maureen but she was so helpful and wonderfully polite.
