We only stayed for one night for a conference, but the accomodation was clean and comfortable which served our purpose, plus the room was huge so lots of room to relax. Excellent location, walkable to public transport and multiple great dining options.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, very quick to assist us when we couldn't adjust the temperature in our room.
Would definitely stay again.

Good location for Southern Cross train station! The superior rooms are nice and comfortable and spacious. The standard rooms are tiny and are ok for just the night. Staff are nice.

Experienced loud, incessant stomping sounds from room above due to creaky floors and possibly irate tenants. Hotel nice enough to upgrade us to new room on our last night. Unfortunately during that evening, a junkie set off the entire hotel emergency alarm at 4am. Not a great experience.
