The location was great just down the road from the rail station and bus station where the skybus came in . Also it was a pick up point for excursions which helped. Room cleaned every day and nice room.

The rooms are very clean and quite spacious. The location was fantastic so close to everything and easy access to trams/transport. Staff were nice and it was great they are open 24/7 as I arrived after midnight. I didn’t try the restaurant, bit it always looked busy at breakfast. I would happily stay here again.

The staff were friendly and courteous, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom, unfortunately, is showing signs of age with a number of patch repairs to the wall and messy silicon application to gaps in the shower. This didn't affect our stay, but did detract from the overall presentation of the room.

全豪オープンを目的に滞在させていただきました。 サザンクロス駅にもアクセスがしやすい為、交通面やスーパー、飲食店などの利用がとてもしやすかったです。 シャワールームと洗面所の水の蛇口はかなり強めに締めないと止まらない事はとても気になった。 朝のトラムや車、鉄道など外の音は少し気になる部分ではあった。 ただ料金は他ホテルに比べるとお手頃価格ではあったので悪い印象ではなかったです。

Would have preferred king bed not to be two beds joined together to make a king. Continental breakfast was great value for 10.00 per person and great to be able to store luggage.

We were not happy with the room (a "Superior King"). It was nothing like the picture advertised. It had no windows. I immediately called reception to ask for the room we booked - i.e. one with windows - and was told I would have had to request this specifically in the booking. This is absurd of course - there was no way to know this, since the room advertised had a lovely big window (with table and chairs, which also weren't there). I was then told there was nothing else available and that was it. Using photos that are completely different to the room you get is deceptive. Also, there's not enough privacy between the room and the bathroom as the door doesn't fully close.

Room smelt musty, air conditioner didn't work properly, old style rattler above the door(not cleaned very well) while hotel has elevators you still need to do stairs to a number of rooms which was not expected. Bathroom was very small with no were to hang towels aextraction fan didn't work.
