Hilton在正CBD. 隔近town hall站，附近商店臨立，又有超市，超級方便，房間清潔整齊，舒適度高，最遺憾是冇機會品嘗早餐，希望下一次

We booked 3 rooms for our stay, and we have to do the check-in for the 3 rooms in different time due to the unavailability of the room, this is quite time-consuming. Also, the housekeeping services is a bit disappointing. The bathroom accessories were not refilled and no bottle water was provided.

We love staying here because of the location and the rooms at the hotel. The rooms are a good size for two people and the decor is fresh and relaxing. The staff are friendly and helpful.

This place is so well located. A minute walk from Town Hall train station, trams out the front, shopping, food, coffee and everything within walking distance. Will definitely stay here next time I'm in Sydney.

Everything was fantastic, from hospitality to location! The only down fall was black mold in the shower.

Comfy beds, nice room with block out blinds. Not 5 star but 4 star. No advice when checking in about restaurants, breakfast or where lifts were located. Shame Hilton has resorted to small amenities in paper sleeves which were cheap and nasty. I would stay elsewhere next time, the mini fridge wasn't even stocked, no bottled water either. As a silver Hilton member, I should have received breakfast, but I didn't.

We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days and unfortunately, the breakfast experience was consistently disappointing. The menu selection was very poor and repetitive, far below what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. More concerning, however, was the level of service. We were travelling with a baby, and simple requests such as a high chair or baby cutlery were handled extremely slowly, often requiring multiple reminders. This made what should have been an easy dining experience unnecessarily stressful. Basic table service was also lacking. Used plates were not cleared unless we explicitly asked, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Additionally, it was quite unprofessional to see staff at the entrance wearing wireless earphones and chatting among themselves instead of attending to guests. There was little sense of organisation or attentiveness. Overall, the service at breakfast was far below expectations and significantly impacted our stay. Aside from the location, this hotel does not deliver the level of quality expected for the price.

We booked an executive level room and the staff were so accommodating, allowing us use of the executive lounge before the check in time, as our flight was early. This is the first time we stayed at the property and they made us feel like VIP guests. Definitely recommend.

Lovely room. Close to many things

I liked everything about our stay at the Hilton The room was cosy , clean and I also had a great nights sleep the bed was comfortable also the shower was great too. The buffet breakfast was the best I have had and i have had lots of buffet breakys from going on cruises to overseas.
