Always enjoy the Hilton hospitality, with friendly staff, helpful in storing my luggage before check-in, peaceful room, nice hotel amenities and facilities, and great food. Located at the heart of Sydney right next to QVB, shopping areas, and train stations. Will stay again for sure! Thank you!

We had a one night stay at the Hilton to see a show, it was just perfect. The room was lovely and had a view of Town Hall and the QVB. The bed was perfect and super comfortable. Staff were welcoming and friendly. I love being so close to everything, shops, trams, coffee. Cannot wait to return.

I had a very disappointing experience booking Hilton Sydney through Hotels.com. At checkout, I intended to select PayPal Pay in 4, but accidentally selected PayPal full payment. I cancelled it immediately while it was still processing, then completed the booking correctly using PayPal Pay in 4. Despite cancelling straight away, both payments were still taken, resulting in a double charge. The situation was made worse because the Hotels.com app did not clearly show that the booking was for New Year’s Eve (NYE). When I arrived at Hilton Sydney, staff asked me to cancel the booking first, saying they would rebook me. After I had already cancelled, I was then informed that I was required to book two separate rooms at approximately AUD 1,700 per room due to hotel policy, even though my daughters are only 12 and 14 years old. I could not afford this cost, so I did not stay and did not use any hotel services. I contacted Hotels.com immediately to request a refund, explaining that: • The booking was cancelled at the hotel’s request • I was charged twice due to a payment error • I did not stay or use the room However, Hilton refused to refund the first payment, citing a non-refundable policy, and Hotels.com later confirmed they could not assist because Hilton declined to waive the policy. Being charged twice for a service I never used, after cancelling at the hotel’s request and then being presented with unaffordable conditions, reflects extremely poor customer care.

We had the option to upgrade to the ambassador suite on arrival for not much more and it was the best decision ever. Lots of room to roam for my six year old, and even had partial harbour view. Loved our stay, would come back again.

We arrived early and was offered an executive tmriomin 36th floor at an extra charge. It was reasonable but what I wasn’t told was that it was an accessible bathroom. The shower floor was slippery and slthough the rails are placed just under the shower head, it was a bit ridky to gey out of the shower. I suggsted a rybber mat on the floor or a plastic shower chair in place for a better security. Breakfast at the executive lounge was excellent. I wantwd to use the swimming pool around 7:30am but found out that it opens at 9am on the weekend. It was too late an opening our to me. All in all,anovernight stay was pleasant.
