Always enjoy the Hilton hospitality, with friendly staff, helpful in storing my luggage before check-in, peaceful room, nice hotel amenities and facilities, and great food. Located at the heart of Sydney right next to QVB, shopping areas, and train stations. Will stay again for sure! Thank you!

We arrived early and was offered an executive tmriomin 36th floor at an extra charge. It was reasonable but what I wasn’t told was that it was an accessible bathroom. The shower floor was slippery and slthough the rails are placed just under the shower head, it was a bit ridky to gey out of the shower. I suggsted a rybber mat on the floor or a plastic shower chair in place for a better security.
Breakfast at the executive lounge was excellent.
I wantwd to use the swimming pool around 7:30am but found out that it opens at 9am on the weekend. It was too late an opening our to me.
All in all,anovernight stay was pleasant.

Very friendly staff at front desk and at breakfast. Comfy room, though the shower door made a clacking noise when we shut it. Shower pressure good and strong. Breakfast very nice. Parking under the hotel was far too expensive at A$300 (includes GST) for less than 72 hours, so while we like this hotel very much and will stay here again I think we won't use the Hilton car park any more. Instead, we will use the multi-story car park near Campbell Street and take the light rail to the Hilton. I can recommend this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and professional, the lobby was grand and comfortable. And the room was spacious, modern and clean. We got lucky and had a top floor room, so the views were amazing. Some feedback which would improve the hotel further; the TV needs streaming services not just standard channels. And the cafe in the lobby didn't open until 7:30am, a bit late for most travellers.

Lost online booking on arrival, would not allow the use of digital credit card for the fifty dollar security deposit, refuse to facilitate customers to self-park in their own carpark and payment of non-casual parking rates, television broken and I had to follow up the room change after it was promised, locked out of room in the morning before the 11 am checkout, and unhelpful staff when trying to re-enter the room to collect luggage. Plenty of other five star hotels surrounding the shopping precinct. Stay somewhere else.

Great staff, lobby, and breakfast. While having a separate bath was nice, it made the bathroom so small one could barely move around with the separate shower.
