Pleasant stay and a good price Breakfast was good

Great price great staff a good standard motel / Hotel to stay at My only suggestion would be a couple more pillows and a hand towel Plus if it’s on the menu then you should be able to get it.I ordered the special which was pasta but couldn’t get garlic bread with it All in all it was pretty good for a nights stay.

very poor condition needs renovation they allow people to park in non parking areas and smoking is everywhere and the restaurant serves cheap chicken bread crumbed pieces worth $2 as chicken schnitzel for $22 total SCAM. Extremely disappointed moving to a Queanbeyan hotel next trip

Breakfast was wonderful. Have stayed in hotel previously and found this time the room was in another building to where I have stayed before and this room was very run down. It was not a queen bed even tho was a queen room was a double bed which was very hard. Will be back but definitely next time book the king rooms as they seem to be better maintained and much nicer rooms and better beds

Employee on front desk when we arrived was very friendly, helpful and cheerful! Complex is huge with lots of rooms. Ours was clean, comfortable and plenty of room. Heater was fairly new and did a fabulous job keeping us warm during a Canberra winter night and morning! Parking was close to the entrance to our block and easy to negotiate. A large school group arrived into our block shortly after we settled into our room which was a little daunting, but honestly they made very little noise or caused any problems - very impressed with their behaviour!!! There was a restaurant onsite, but we didn’t use it as the Harmonie German Club was just around the corner (walking distance) and as we’d eaten there before we knew that’s where we wanted to eat!!! Cannot comment on breakfast as we had to attend a medical appointment early the next morning, so just had a cuppa in our room before departing.

From checkin (which we did hours before 2pm) to check out. The whole stay was amazing. The staff is top notch… the reception staff even printed out puzzles for my daughter to do while we were having happy hour! If we come back to Canberra we shall stay again

Good clean rooms. Cafe/restaurant on site with good service. Not bad for a budget hotel

No Restaurant available. No gym available. No laundry room available. No housekeeping without payment. Free wifi only works for 24hours. Air conditioning restricted so cannot be controlled. No Bar. No room service. Got charged for breakfast despite booking and paying already. The advertised amenities are not available. 2 other guests started shouting at me and stole food off my plate at breakfast. And the breakfast was disgusting - bacon all fat, sausages pale and all skin, even the hash browns are rubbery. Sauces were over sweet and rubbery too. Why were there green beans in the baked beans? Barely a place to sit, and mess and old plates everywhere. Think there was only 3 people - 2 chefs and 1 FOH. Chef had to keep coming out to deliver food, whilst FOH accused everyone of not paying for breakfasts. Pool is dirty, UNHEATED, and in shade all the time. Room was dirty and old. There was no duvet cover, and the duvet was yellow and dirty. Hotel overall dirty and uncared for. Amenities they advertised were not available - straight up false advertising. Avoid this place. Expedia attempted to contact them for a refund but haven't been able to get in touch. Sums it up.
