Fantastic staff and good budget accommodation.

Over all Excellent experience.

The staff are fantastic and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable. The rooms are clean and cozy some TVs could use an upgrade, but once we mentioned it, the staff sorted it out straight away. Breakfast was good. The dinner menu isn’t huge, but the food was very tasty. Parking is included and easy to access. Overall, a great place to stay!

The room was clean, amenities was good, but the staff was slow and the TV outdated.

Didn’t do any room cleaning for my day2 despite displaying the room cleaning note on my door

The room we had was enormous which we loved bed was comfortable and the Donna was very nice kept you warm all night

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. It was a pleasant stay and I’d be happy to return in the future.

No microwave... and no elevator for elderly rest all was great :)

The room was pleasant. The staff were less than pleasant. The TV did not work. I asked for it to be fixed. I was told it would be fixed. It was NOT fixed. When I returned from my commitment, after 10.00pm, there was nowhere to park, except in a back yard, a LONG walk back to my room.

Twice asked for the room to be cleaned and restocked and twice when we returned in the evening it was NOT done. Room was very spacious, but the carpets were very dirty, don't know when last they were cleaned, let alone vacuumed? Staff was not very friendly and when I complained it seemed to me, they did not care. Location was excellent and facilities was good. TV was very intermittent, and we could not watch half of the programs. Water pipes from adjacent rooms were very noisy.

Convenient location

ibis Styles - Not a great place, parking is limited. When I arrived, I was told that my booking has been transferred due to the maintenance issue to another ibis Eaglehawk which was far from the city. I could see 4-5 school buses full of students which might have resulted in overbooking. I would have been happy with an honest response. ibis Eaglehawk - It was in a secluded place far from city. My family liked the room and my kid was excited when he saw the instructions of Smart TV including free Netflix and other streaming services. However, TV wasn't having any internet connection. Even Wifi connection didn't work and Reception team was not at all helpful in getting it sorted. Phone service wasn't working from room so we walked to reception and asked them to sort it out. The reception team responded that they were not even aware that the rooms have Smart TV and he is just doing his job to stand at reception, nothing else. When we insisted, he went inside to talk to his manager (not sure who was there), and came with a response that it will get sorted in 20-30 minutes and they will call. My kid kept waiting till late in the night and finally slept. He picked the feedback form in morning and listed out all the problems in the room, hopefully someone will consider the feedback. We headed to the Breakfast and I must say that the staff there were really helpful taking care of dairy allergies and a very nice Coffee served by the person in-charge and hence a 3 star rating.

Dirty, no powerpoints anywhere near the bed if you want to charge your phone, noisy, stains on carpet, slow customer service, no available car park near the room gad to carry bags from rear car park, I booked three nights but left after one. Disappointing, but you get what you pay for and it was cheap!

We only booked stay no food included, we had a pleasant stay . The gym needs some updates.public tolite needs to be serviced on weekends as there was no tolite paper

Hi The first night we stayed at Ibis styles hotel were terrible. The person next to our room were arguing with his partner and swearing and banging the door from 12am to 5am. Also there is no telephone inside the room we staying. we cant dial to inform the reception what is going on. When we told the reception the next day , just seems like didnt much put attention to it and Said when happen again call them , no apologies or offer a compliments. We havent havent slept that day of Nov 1 2025. I hope this wont be happens to others. Poor quality service. I supposed not going back there again.

Room not available till after 3.00pm which left us to find something to do for over an hour. Had a problem with turning off the bed lamp, which was rectified . The telephone system was ridiculous as you had to wait for all options to played before being able to talk to reception
