Mould everywhere in room, pubes in bed and everywhere in the shower. The room was absolutely discussing and the room we got moved to was exactly the same.

Room is ok. Staff is great

Staff were amazing

The room was spacious and clean. Staff were courteous and the buffet breakfast was alright - coffee not so great. The only issue was the walls are too thin. We had some noisy neighbours and people out in the hallway late night making some noise which caused a few issues with the kids waking up etc, but otherwise the stay was enjoyable.

Good - I was allocated a nicer room after my keycard to the original room didn’t work, so I’m definitely happy with that. I also happened to get a good Black Friday deal. The room was quite spacious, no housekeeping unless requested but no issues with that - you can always ask for more towels and stuff if required.

Clean room

1. I had to go to desk after two no room service, after I was told it was daily. 2. Had breakfast, it was the worse food I've ever eaten,all cooked in air fryer. 3. Bathroom full of mold. 4. Internet very weak , unusable. 5. Not enough parking, ridiculous had to park in next block. Good point though, I left a day early,and the refunded that day, no problem, I guess they are used to it. I can't recommend anything about this place, another point is the tv was that old it had a set top box, the owners don't care about update anything. Remember you get what you pay for , the extra to stay somewhere else is worthwhile.

Room spacious & clean, though appeared a bit dated. Good for 1 night stay. Check in was a queue due to only 1 staff on duty.

Really helpful staff, clean facilities and great location.

The room was smelly. We were missing blankets and sheets. Could hear everything that was happening in the corridor and other rooms.

On arrival, we were told that the restaurant, bar and room service were all unavailable for our 1 night stay. We were also given the wrong kind of room, and when asked, they said something about a burst water main. Terrible communication. Rooms in the main reception area were very noisy well into the night, and no accessibility / lift access to our rooms so we lugged everything up and down the stairs. Room cleanliness was fine, but the rest of the property was stained and dirty, with common areas particularly soiled. Won't be returning.

Room and bathroom was good. Staff seee helpful. Easy parking but no lift to the second floor.

Room was fine...old but spacious... Staff was alright. Parking is paid 20$ per night

Our room was spacious and comfortable and there was a nice little pool. They have a great happy hour and dinner in the restaurant was a pleasant surprise. Our meal was generous, tasty and good value with plenty of variety on the menu if you don’t feel like going out. If you don’t have a car there’s a handy frequent bus route that takes you into the city quickly with stops at lots of local attractions and eateries on the lake.

Staff was good breakfast was great. We enjoyed having a furry friend along for the break.

I booked for 7 children and 3 adults to I stayed in the family rooms. There was no microwave, no cutlery, no bowls or plates. NOTHING! When I went to reception to ask about a use of a microwave or cutlery or plate or bowl or something I was told to come back at breakfast time. Which was absolutely ridiculous. The room had ants all over the benches and bathroom and bins which ended up all over our belongings. The beds were absolutely filthy underneath the sheets. It was the most horrible stay in Canberra. It was very lacking and disappointing. I won’t be staying there again.
