Excellent accommodation, the rooms are very clean and fairly up to date. The restaurant and food is amazing.
The front desk staff just need to work on their communication, when you ask them to do something. I had to ask the same thing twice and three times for the same thing to get done.
Overall, i would highly recommend and definatly return with my family.

Long check in times, rooms are ok/average (no better/worse than other similar properties) but the parking situation is ridiculous especially since we stayed on the rugby 7s carnival weekend. The German pub and restaurant was a quick walk and quite nice.

1 light making it hazardous for elderly who get up at night.
Kettle was danger hazard.
No parking for room and had to walk a long way to get to room.
Restaurant very poor service waited 50 minutes for a pre heated pizza that never come, due to walking out and going else where in town

Staff very friendly and helpful, location great, very clean and tidy but definitely old, set top box tv, sketchy wifi, no lift or "easier" way up to the top floor besides the big staircase, not great for lugging up suitcases, I watched an elderly lady struggle up and down the stairs too. With a little update I think this place could be a hidden gem!
