Great room in great condition wry comfortable

The room is located upstairs, and there is no elevator for guests. We had to carry our suitcases up the main staircase and then climb additional stairs to reach the room. Unfortunately, the room was old and very dirty. I have never seen so much dust under a bed before—it was extremely unpleasant. The pillow felt like it had been previously used and not properly changed, with visible hair and scalp residue left on it. The fridge was also not working properly and felt more like room temperature. One positive detail was that the shampoo and shower gel smelled great. The price was also reasonable for one night. However, due to the cleanliness and comfort issues, I would not choose to stay here again.

Amazing staffs!!

Guess it was value for money, and it was clean and the bed comfortable. But it was aging, simple and the walls between rooms very thin.

The mattresses and pillows did not have protectors on them which is extremely unhygienic! And nobody serviced the room even though I requested it.

Room was good for a short stay. Had an issue with the tv but staff were apologetic and assured me they will fix the issue.

No staff cleaned our room the 2 nights we stayed, poor service and breakfast buffet was ok. Swimming pool was very very cold compared to other pools. First and last time staying there.

Bed is sinking. Below Okay for the price but there's definitely better options. On arrival fridge was not working, we are so tired from long travel to report immediately, i wish they served the room with all functional amenities. I'll think twice to book again in this place. 2.4/5

Very basic, almost hostel type. One power point in main room and only one main light, no bedside lamps for reading or getting up in the dark. Draft in room via closed door and limited complimentary coffee (one satchel per day for my three day stay).

It';s not a 4 star . No bedside light , breakfast food had run out by 8am , no info about wi fi or hotel info in the room .Tiny towels and only 2 , Sheer curtains in the bedroom so no block out curtains and also no privacy . Wax stain as in a huge hard wax area on the carpet about the size of a dinner plate as soon as you walk in . As we departed yesterday , the door handle to the main exit door came off in my hand ! This hotel is a disaster . Even budget hotels in Asia are better run than this . Also no real coffee. Most hotels offer the option to purchase an espresso. ....your 1 option for coffee uses powdered milk ...undrinkable . Zero stars . SO bad .

They have "Please service my room" door hanger tags in the room, but when I hung one, my room was not serviced. When I asked at reception why, I was pointed to a tiny sign on the desk, of the type that no one reads when checking in, especially when very tired, saying you had to arrange at reception to have your room serviced. Nonsensical & moronically bureaucratic.

Absolutly appalling, owners should be disgusted. No effort at all from the staff, will never stay here again and will tell as many people as i can to never stay here as well. Disgraceful

Friendly and Helpful Staff. Lovely food, great location to Woden Hospital (reason we were in Canberra for) Liked free parking too. Very family friendly, kids loved the pool

We stayed for one night on our way out of town. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms were clean. The bathrooms could do with an update but for the price it was just what you’d expect and need. Breakfast had a good range of hot and cold foods.
