Mantra on Hay Perth

Good location in the city. large and clean rooms but kitchen amenities can be improved e.g. cooking ovens with more hot plates, more cutting knives and oven. The parking bays are narrow, suitable for small cars only. It would be more attractive for travelers if free parking is provided. Only TV, no Netflix nor YouTube is available. The taps for shower are rather hard to turn esp. by children. Overall speaking, it is good to stay.

It is a business trip. The hotel is clean and comfortable especial bed and mattress. it is convenient for going outside and eating. Will book for next trip.

Large apartment with all facilities we needed including washing and drying machine inside the apartment. Though a bit far by walking distance to the city centre, there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby with reasonable price. The hotel have car park at 25AUD per night but it is easy to find a public car park space at the street which is free from 6pm to 8am. So actually you don't need to pay for car park if you just need parking at night or pay for 5 AUD per hour outside the free parking hour. 24 reception services which can help us to call taxi to airport at midnight. Will choose again if we travel to Perth next time.

8月份全家4人在這個酒店住了3天。這個酒店很漂亮，有泳池及小的健身館都在頂樓。我們的房間有兩個卧室還有個陽台,剛好適合4人，最滿意的是有洗衣房，這對剛開完露營車的我們在適合不過了，備品都完整，無論是洗衣粉或是多樣性的茶包。遊泳池有一點兒冷，但是完全可以理解因為它有個露天屋頂,但對來自亞熱帶的我們就沒有興趣。服務生都很友好也很樂於助人，還教我們怎麼搭免費公車到國王公園。酒店有點兒遠離市區，但是如果你喜歡散步你也會喜歡這兒。珀斯免費市區旅遊巴士就在街邊，你可以乘坐巴士到市區的任何地方，非常方便。酒店裡的小廚房很方便，有一個冰箱，微波爐，烤箱，洗碟機。我們先將行李寄放3 天也未加收費用，非常愉快的入住經驗，強烈給大家推薦這個酒店。

Not near CBD but there is free CAT stop nearby which only 10 mins to Perth station. Paid bus 103 and 111 stop at the front door of hotel to Frementle. Nice kitchen that we used to make our dinners. Washing machine and clothes dryer available. We arrived at 8:00 am, there was room available and we got upgraded! A staff at night shift granted us free WIFI too (need to join member ~ it is free). So very nice and comfortable during our stay. As we joined the Mantra member, most probably we will come again or other Mantra hotel in the near future. Member can enjoy meals 10% off and free WIFI.

兩房一廳，空間充足，附有爐具可供煮食，也提供洗碗碟機、洗衣機及乾衣機等，但房間空調出風位置較差，對正床頭，難以調節，另外附近比較僻靜，餐飲選擇較少。

wifi code expires only 1 day for the 2nd time; you need join their membership and get the free wife code. we did that, but the 2nd code only works for half day. Others are great. a bit far from downtow but there is a CAT bus only 100 meters away so it's really not a problem.

The property looks tired and in need of some TLC. The room was clean with the exception of the oven. The kitchens aren’t very well stocked. One tiny frypan for a 2 bedroom apartment, no scissors etc. The tv didn’t work for 4 nights of my stay. At any given time one or two of the three lifts were out of order. The biggest concern is the location. It’s not walking distance to a big supermarket and doesn’t feel very safe to walk back alone at night.

Check in was good with very friendly staff. After booking i received a few less friendly emails about parking, insisting that I pre book and prepay. One of these emails "Dear [Guest Name], We are looking forward to welcoming you to Mantra on Hay for your upcoming stay this 2026-01-10 If there is anything you require prior to your arrival—such as bedding configuration or special preferences—please do not hesitate to contact us via email at ----@--------.--- You can also reach our Front Desk Team directly on (08) 9267 4888." The room was dated and the bedding a mixture of sheets and duvets that didn't quite fit. The drop off parking outside the hotel was occupied mostly by the same two cars which caused irritation on checkout for us and other guests as we had to park either down the road or block traffic to load our bags into the car. There are definitely better options around.

I had been given the impressiin that parking was free when i booked but NO, you pay 30 dollars per day to park. I was charged for 2 days. Was told online i have a balcony view which did not happen. I think there needs to be a better way of communicating what is obtainable online and onsite.

Usually very good stay here - At least twice a year. Rooms still relatively clean and in good condition but elevators were out of action for over an hour (so it was 930 at night) No access to rooms. Last time i stayed elevators had a problem too.
