Beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean and stocked nicely. When checking in another staff member checking another guest in made a mistake and had to delay me at least 10-15 minutes as she needed the computer I was being checked in with. That showed a lack of professionalism and was quite rude. As the employee that was serving me was very professional and polite, her training was definetly on show. That was the only down point but it could also stem to more situations like this and get the wrong customer who will be rude and entitled in the situation. Other than that I’d happily stay again and recommend it

Hotel is reasonable for the price. The area surrounding the hotel feels like the rough end of town near the courts. However, it’s a close walk to the swan river and Elizabeth quay which is really nice.

Central to great shopping, parking entry access is a little narrow. No safe smoking area was a big let down, leaving the hotel for a smoke made it an uncomfortabe stay.

We requested the hotel to provide room cleaning and arrange 2 x single bed in one room one day. When I returned to my apartment in the evening, the door at balcony was found full-open, and bug and flies were in the apartment. In addition, the bath room did not provide hot water continuously. My family found getting hot water for 1 few second and then cold water in the shower. The light in the bedrooms is too dark. The toilet door lock is mis-aligned with the frame and very diffiicult to close completely. In overall, the apartment is required to refurbish the facilities.

Like two bedroom apartment option for our young family, reasonably clean, comfortable bed and handy having cooking facilities, washing machine. Kids were excited about the undercover pool area as wanted to swim even though it’s cold in August!

Just because it says parking onsite doesnt mean you will get a park. Only reason we stayed, but still had to pay for Wilson parking. Shower had no door so completely washed the bathroom floor as water shot straight out. Then needed more towels. We noticed Vomit in the lift was left for an unacceptable length of time before cleaned up. Small bathroom, toilet squished in corner, not comfortable.

Overall the hotel was very nice, when we initially booked in and went to our room, the room was unmade and dirty. We went straight back downstairs and were promptly given another room, we stayed for one night. It was nice and close to the CBD and to the airport. The staff were very friendly.
