We stayed at 2 times in this trip. The second round from 31 May to 3 June the housekeeping is not up to standard as 1st day we need to change room as mosquito breeding inside the room. And no cleaning after change the room. However, we are very appreciate the helpful from the baggage handling service from your early morning team at the last day. Pls appreciate this 2 good bell boy professional service. Thx!

During this trip to Australia, our family had stayed five nights each in Melbourne and Sydney. In Melbourne, we stayed on the 47th floor of a high-rise with a kitchen fully equipped with utensils and a beautiful view. The price was very reasonable. In Sydney, the location of this hotel was excellent, with convenient transportation, an outstanding breakfast, and very friendly staff in the dining area. However, I was very dissatisfied with the accommodation itself. For all five nights, we were assigned to the lowest floor, only the 3rd floor. The worst part was that I actually encountered cockroaches in the bathroom — something I had never experienced before, even though I often travel for business and leisure. After reporting the issue to the front desk, I never received any apology from the hotel manager, not even a note, nor was I offered a room change. On the last night, I and my family didn’t even dare to take a bath in the bathroom, and every visit there made me feel uneasy. Overall, aside from the dining experience, my impression of this hotel was very poor.

Excellent location, room was tidy and clean. Unfortunately the door connected to the room next to us was found to be unlocked, which was a serious mistake. And service was not up to standard - we required maintenance for the malfunctioning TV, but it’s still not fixed after almost a day. I feel doubtful towards the hotel’s rating after my stay.

Convenient place to stay when travelling in and out of Sydney

Already check in time is late by 3pm, but it was further delayed by 25mins, have to wait in the bar as no seats available to wait. And the given complement drink voucher for the delay also not worth it, they just given basic house wine that was terrible, no other drinks qualified for that delayed service complement voucher. And the pool was so small but big in photos, crowded. Location is fantastic

The swimming pool is warm enough for us to swim in winter.. the location is close to central station with lots of eateries around the area.. the breakfast buffet was great plenty of selection with healthy choices.. the room is clean..overall we enjoyed our stay and definitely will come back..

Everything about the stay was excellent. From the moment we got there the staff had taken into consideration our kids when allocating our room, the breakfast was amazing and the room was totally adequate for us. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect location, being right near Central station, and 3 train stations away from both, the airport, and Sydney's main attractions (Sydney Harbour/Sydney Opera House). Hotel itself is clean and comfy. Self check in and out makes things super efficient. You can control the room's Temperature and lighting. Buffet breakfast is fantastic. (If you have sensory issues, or would prefer a quiet breakfast, I would advise to go between 6.30am - 7.30am). Otherwise, it's a sensory nightmare.
