The view from the 14th floor facing city is spectacular; you will get a feel of the life of the locals and travellers in the day and night.

Great location and very helpful staff

The hotel is excessively darkly lit, feels very American. Rooms and restaurants all have very low light. Breakfast was good however there are blinds that drop down preventing access to the food area at exactly 10:30 am on weekends, and at 10:00 am on week days, the latter we didn't realize until we were shut out mid-breakfast on a monday (morning two of our stay so was a surprise and staff were not flexible). Location is good, as is the gym and pool area. But I would look elsewhere next time. The electronic check in and check out felt impersonal. Finally, check in is at 3 pm and we arrived at 2 pm. They wanted to charge extra to check in at 2 pm so we checked 6 bags and went elsewhere. I like to know these things in advance. If you do too, beware. Late check out also possible for $20 per hour after 10 am. It's fine, but not excellent.

Great stay with our two kids! The indoor pool was a big hit. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and transportation. Comfortable room and great city views.

Superb location by Central station. I alway book there as they have a pool and gym. Sauna is lackluster. The only issue for me is no flatter style pillows.

The staff amazing and so helpful and patient. Could not do enough for you. Breakfast choices amazing. Some parts of the building did look tired however it is amazing hotel. Fabulous time, will be back. Thank you

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my visit, which made the experience even better. The breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options, and everything was fresh and tasty. The location is also excellent, making it easy to get around and access nearby places. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Clean room

We had a double room with two beds - and two bedside tables (hooray!). Each bedside table had two good-sized shelves. On each table was an adjustable, separately-switched bedside lamp (hooray!) In the bathroom, there was a light under the mirror - good for leaving on all night (switched from outside the bathroom). The shower had no door - just a half-sized panel separating it from the main bathroom - so water easily escaped from the shower and, in our room, would flow across the bottom of the bathroom door unless checked with towel (bathmat was already half wet from escaping spray).

Friendly staff, clean rooms, awesome showers.

Super convenient check in/out. Concierge was awesome storing our bags and taking them to our room.
