Good location much dust

I think most of this hotel is good except one thing

Good location to Central station Cozy and comfortable

교통(Train, 트램, 페리) 이용이 정말 편리하고 공항 접근도 용이함 시설도 쾌적하고 조식도 다양하고 맛있음. 추천합니다. 전 출장 시 마다 이용합니다

As a result of a cancelled flight, I found myself here. They were extremely helpful at the front counter. There is a new self check in process that gives you your room key. This is amazing and so easy to use. The staff were also happy to sneak in a free room upgrade for us. Amazing room, amazing everything. This will now be my go to hotel when I stay in Sydney. Also being located next to public transport/train station is very handy. If you are more of a family traveler or a light night snacker, Maccas and KFC as well as an All Hours Deli is right across the road.

The twin beds are each queen beds. :-) The foyer is poorly laid out with the reception desk at 90degrees to the stairs from one entrance,so it is difficult to queue - people entering hotel and walking past desk with luggage and sometimes grabbing an available spot at the desk before someone who is waiting can get to it.

Property great. Very comfortable and central. Did not like the automatic check in- I prefer to talk to people. Also biscuits in the room to have with a cup of tea after a long day walking through the city, would be appreciated.

Good place to stay when you're looking for convenience, close to central station. A few room noises (e.g. running water through vent) were distracting while trying to sleep, but would stay again.

A bike and treadmill in the gym were not working properly and I was really looking forward to a session.

Loved the breakfast buffet and room. Excellent location to stay if you are touring around CBD .

Disappointed in Mercure breakfast. Asked for Eggs Benedict to be told only for Platinum Members. Also have to pay extra to watch movies after paying expensive hotel rate

Easy stay, quiet well appointed rooms, decent room service and a sweet treat. Location is excellent too.

Staffs are friendly and room are clean & spacer. Location is very convenient as it is near to central station and China town.
