Good location much dust

I think most of this hotel is good except one thing

Good location to Central station Cozy and comfortable

Great stay with kids. Appreciated the indoor pool to burn

Room was exceptionally clean. Bathroom sparkled love the shower

Buffet breakfast was great value for money. Rooms were clean and tidy, the pool was a little smaller and more shallow than expected but still nice. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location is perfect for exploring.

Room service meals excellent. Kids left empty plates. Self service check in easy. Staff more than helpful

The view from the 14th floor facing city is spectacular; you will get a feel of the life of the locals and travellers in the day and night.

Great location and very helpful staff

The hotel is excessively darkly lit, feels very American. Rooms and restaurants all have very low light. Breakfast was good however there are blinds that drop down preventing access to the food area at exactly 10:30 am on weekends, and at 10:00 am on week days, the latter we didn't realize until we were shut out mid-breakfast on a monday (morning two of our stay so was a surprise and staff were not flexible). Location is good, as is the gym and pool area. But I would look elsewhere next time. The electronic check in and check out felt impersonal. Finally, check in is at 3 pm and we arrived at 2 pm. They wanted to charge extra to check in at 2 pm so we checked 6 bags and went elsewhere. I like to know these things in advance. If you do too, beware. Late check out also possible for $20 per hour after 10 am. It's fine, but not excellent.

Great breakfast selection and helpful friendly staff. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Well located around the Central station which is quite easy for access from the airport. Enjoyed cleaned and comfortable room with no smoking. One thing I felt pity was that I could hear big sneezing from the next door perhaps. It might be a big one so that anybody even at the outside could have been able to hear. However, that happened just only one night and before going to bed. No other issues exist. Breakfast was quite nice including several unique Asian cuizines and prepared with chopsticks etc. Those tiny hospitalities are seemingly nice for visitors.

Rooms lovely & clean. Great location. Cocktails were great, food delicious.
