Clean room with all the essentials: coffee, tea, milk, toiletries including toothbrushes & toothpaste. Only criticism is, we had no hand wash. I tried to call reception multiple times to no avail. The staff were very attentive and pleasant upon check in so I was surprised by this.
It’s a short walk from the marina making it the perfect location if visiting the islands. Also a short walk to the CBD, with the night market, restaurants, cafes, supermarket, chemist etc., all a stones throw away.
Would be great if they had a shuttle service to and from the airport for a competitive fixed price as Cairns taxis are expensive.

Location was excellent.. close to the wharf,restaurants, shopping, transportation.. good location for tours… breakfast and dinner available at the restaurant with quality food choices.. attentive staff ..very clean and with elevator.

We booked an executive king room - when I went up to the room it was the disabled room - the bathroom had a shower curtain and railings - nothing like what the image was in the picture - tried to change the room but the staff insisted that it was an executive room and if we did not want to stay there we would have to upgrade and extra $80 a night

It’s a great location for all travelers. Close to everything. Bus stop and fleet is 5 minster walk. Shops are close by. Hotel is clean and we liked it very much.
