Positive Experience: This was my third time staying at this hotel in Cairns, and once again, it was a pleasant experience overall. I arrived early in the morning, and a kind Japanese staff member at the front desk went out of their way to assist me with an early check-in for an additional fee. Thanks to them, I was able to settle in comfortably after a long flight. Moreover, as I had requested in advance, I was given a room at the corner side with the best view, which I truly appreciated. It made my stay even more enjoyable. Areas for Improvement: However, there were a few disappointing aspects during this visit. Firstly, the shower gel in the bathroom was completely empty, with only a bit of water left inside. I’m not sure whether the previous guest used it all or took it, but it seemed the housekeeping staff had not checked or refilled it before my arrival. This is something that definitely needs more attention. Secondly, after checking out the next day, I was informed that my swimming trunks had been blown off and had fallen to a lower level. When I asked about retrieving them, I was simply told that it was difficult since check-ins were ongoing. The response felt rather dismissive. In particular, the female staff member at the front desk in the afternoon did not seem very willing to help, which left me slightly disappointed. One of the main reasons I

너무 편안하고 깨끗한 시설이었습니다. 특히 위치가 너무 좋아서 액티비티를 다녀오거나, 주변 번화가를 산책하기에도 매우 좋았습니다. 마지막으로 직원들 역시 매우 친절하여 더할나위 없는 여행이 되었습니다.

3층에 머물렀습니다. 깔끔하고 편합니다. 베란다가 실외 수영장으로 바로 이어져 접근성은 좋았지만, 사람들이 너무 많이 다니니 커튼을 열 수 없었네요. 욕실도 깨끗하고 좋은데, 수압이 살짝 약한 게 아쉽습니다. 로비의 엘리베이터와 계단 사이에 자판기와 얼음/물을 얻을 수 있는 곳이 있는데, 조금 더럽게 보였네요. 기기 관리가 조금 필요해 보입니다.

We had a lovely corner room which was clean and comfy with a grear ciew towards the ocean and over the Esplanade

I stayed in a room at the front of the building, on the 4th floor. I didn't need an accessible room, but that is what I got. The room size was great- it was very spacious. The bed was comfy, and the shower hot. Being on the 4th floor at the front it was noisy with truck/traffic noise overnight. The accessible bathroom meant that it was very open, with no shower cubicle. The shower next to the toilet led to a wet toilet seat after the shower. No fan in the bathroom led to a steamy room, where the moisturise settled on every surface, and left a slimy feel to the benchtop and slippery floors. The water also ran out of the bathroom into the entrance of the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would I stay again- probably, but I'd ask for a room on a higher floor.

Didnt use the pool. Breakfast wasnt brilliant. We ate on the esplanade Bathroom was tired, pipes noisy. No extractor fan. Lock on the room door broke twice. It was replaced after the second time Room itself was comfy

We stayed 2 nights in the luxury suite and I recommend it to everyone. Everything is great at this hotel.

Clean room great staff close to amenities

The Pacific staff who greeted us were friendly, professional and made sure our check in was smooth. One of our party was mobility impaired and the staff went out of their way to assist. The hotel is in a great location, close to the city, restaurants and the waterfront. The room was really comfortable, very clean & we will be back.

All good, was a quick stopover. Accommodation is so close to shops, casino, eateries etc.

Upgraded to a renovated room which was spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend

Great location, great hotel

Clean room with all the essentials: coffee, tea, milk, toiletries including toothbrushes & toothpaste. Only criticism is, we had no hand wash. I tried to call reception multiple times to no avail. The staff were very attentive and pleasant upon check in so I was surprised by this. It’s a short walk from the marina making it the perfect location if visiting the islands. Also a short walk to the CBD, with the night market, restaurants, cafes, supermarket, chemist etc., all a stones throw away. Would be great if they had a shuttle service to and from the airport for a competitive fixed price as Cairns taxis are expensive.
