The stay was awsome ! Everything was just perfect - very friendly staff during checkin - kitchen staff , the food was amazing !!!! - we had a lot of stuff as we have a small 5 month old kid with us , everything was perfect UNTILL at checkout had coversation with Pamela ! Oh My God! She was so rude - I had come to settle for the bill because we ordered in room dining and also any outstanding amount - she was soo rude because we had not got our stuff outside - I told her i just came to settle the bill and then will go and bring all our stuff - we don’t know the rules of the hotel ! I asked to speak to the manager - the manager came and told me it because her first langauge is not English ! How does langauge matter to be nice ? The manager was even ruder ! Never back to this hotel ! Will complain pan pacific group !

To have the 3 lifts working would of been great. The Bistro staff need to clear the tables of used cups/glasses quicker,took over 2hrs to clean away from a previous guest. The staff should have information available what there is to do around Parramatta eg:phamlets of some kind would come in handy when you are from out of state.Staff in the breakfast dining room need to be aware if Lactose milk is asked for that is what should be provided.

There was no warning before booking the hotel that it was under construction. Due to this the lifts were excruciatingly slow and tiny. Meaning too many people squeezed into one because they didn’t know how long it would be before another would stop.
On a positive note the room was recently renovated and very generous in size.
